I made these corner braces to fit a 10mm carbon fiber tube diagonally into the side structure of the Ender 5 Plus to help stiffen up the frame. Carbon Fiber is very stiff, and carbon fiber tubing is even more so. You will need to cut your carbon fiber tubing to approximately 675mm long, I suggest using an abrasive cut-off wheel on a dremel or angle grinder. I couldn't find a cable strain relief for the Ender 5 Plus hot end, only for myEnder 3 Pros so decided to make and share my own. I made mine from Technology Outlet PLA but any material should work. I made this remix out of 2 different files The CR-10 V2 Filament Guide (Direct Drive) by chlronald and Bowden fliament adaptor by Morlau. I made a huge drybox setup and use the bowden filament adapter on my CR10S Pro but I changed to a Ender 5 Plus. Blocks designed to align the x-axis rail square with the frame. Loosen the screws on the wheel carriages, adjust the eccentric wheel nuts independently on each side, then use these blocks to square the x-axis before tightening. Fasten to 20mm extrusion with a standard t-slot nut.

More thorough print to cover more of the Ender 5 Plus bed for level testing. Note that the .gcode doesn't prime or skirt so the first disk may not print complete as the filament starts to come out. Be careful with where you have your clips for your glass bed.

I remixed the spacer for a dual gear extruder into just a mount for the sensor to go with a direct drive system. Mount the sensor on the lower four holes using the original M3 screws, and use two more M3x8 mm screws with t-nuts to mount the adapter to your 2020 extrustion.

I've taken some time to develop the Ender 5 Plus screen mount for the TFT35 E3 v3.0 display from BigtreeTech. Now you can replace the Creality touch screen and update the firmware to Marlin 2.0.x Just define the display as a Reprap Discount Full Graphics Smart Controller and you're good to go.

The official Creality all metal extruder upgrade (Pictured) sits slightly wider than the stock plastic Ender 5 plus extruder and as such the filament exiting from the filament runout sensor does not align with the new metal extruder. I made a simple 1.8mm thick spacer to better align the filament and avoid any undue strain, tension or rubbing. You can reuse the stock screws, they are long enough.

Wanted to test out HexOrt inspired wobble wings on the ender 5 plus to see if it would help with layers lines. After about 2 months of testing, I can say they have significantly reduced layers lines on most of my prints. Will Need: 10mm Magnets 3mm Bearings M3 x 8 MM Bolts/Nuts

Bracket to hold a digital indicator gauge to my Ender 5 Plus for bed leveling. Found a few brackets out there but all showed much more expensive gauges in their pics. The gauge I went with was fairly inexpensive and I wanted to ensure my bracket would fit perfectly the first time it was printed. Gauge was under $30 US.
