I found this mesh on 123d Catch site, it was a pretty good scan of a Cthulhu Idol, but it had a lot of noise and unwanted stuff around the figure. So, I cleaned up the mesh, created a new base and added carved ruins and textures to it. Got the full print finished, I need clean up the seam between the 2 halves, but I've pretty happy with the finished product. I've added a new version of this model with a flat bottom on the base. I needed some bases for my hand sculpted sculpey mushrooms, that would match my cavern. I went with an eroded base. I crafted one by hand with sculpey (photo number two), and I also sculpted one in blender -- that one is available here. I plan on doing more of these and if I do them in blender I will share. This is my modular cobblestone road i created for my games of Bolt action. Tiles can be combined as needed, I'm also planning to add some more tiles over the next few weeks. Tiles are currently very small, for 28mm gaming I recommend scaling to 275% or bigger, for 1:100 150% should look good. No supports needed, but make sure to use proper settings for your printer to prevent warping. Printed in PLA, .1mm with a ,4mm nozzle.

This is mostly an experiment. I wanted to design a supportless spellbook container for dice and what not. I haven't made any dividers or anything for it yet. This is a proof of concept. The screws to secure the cover to the main body are a little looser than I'd like, but it went together easily. The design is based on what I've used previously for several Pokedex (Pokedexs, Pokedexes?) I've released. I scaled it for 28mm tabletop to be approximately half the height of a miniature. You max however easily scale it up to print a larger terrain piece. It should print fine on standard quality settings. The piece is inspired by the snake heads from Teotihuacan, there are however, influences of Shang and Zhou sacrificial vessels there as well. So, long story short, it's not an historically accurate piece, just a made up piece to use as tabletop terrain.

The start of a new series of encounters, we now go into the sanctum's of the 8 wizard schools.
