Summary I have one of the common mass-produced Han Solo belts and loved these gadgets, but found that the gas canister was too big, and the power packs were too small. So, I remixed the canister to be 16mm in diameter and did not change the height. It does indeed work well to print it inverted with a brim. Others have provided similar sets of pieces to convert a Mauser replica into Han Solo's signature blaster. This is simply my take on the thing. This is a remix of JonnieZG's DL-44 Blaster Stand. I made the stand and the arms all one piece and can be printed if rotated in the proper orientation. It also includes his very cool DL-44 name tag that fits on either side of the stand. This was created to perfectly hold a full size 1:1 scale Mauser C96 with the DL-44 Parts attached.

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1503525 I think this was a great build to start with, so I only did a few tweaks. 1.) Scope Modifications - Hollowed it out so that you can see through it and added a set of cross hairs. I also modified the two long pieces so that they can "snap" together instead of having a flat junction. 2.) Muzzle Modification - The muzzle did not have a matching diameter to the barrel, so I added a fill piece to make them fit together nicely....

Decided to build a prop DL-44 blaster using a cheap airsoft Mauser C96 from eBay. While there is a good kit for the ANH version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:882673 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1245642) there are only a few parts for the ESB version(s). Wanting a challenge I thought to try my hand and replicating the flash hider, m-19 scope, bracket and all the greeblies from scratch. I tried printing the original design by gianteye but there is a hollow area inside that cannot be filled with regular infill or supports. This leaves a wide bridge that cannot be successfully printed. I used tinkercad to fill in the hollow space and now it seems to slice properly with infill where the hollow area used to be. Let me know if you have any issues.

12-1-2017 Updated a few items as not all parts where connected and wouldn't print well. Added a .obj with all parts separate to allow for better printing. Added individual .stl's of each piece. This is a simple model for Han Solo's detonators that he keeps in his jacket pocket during the Force Awakens. There are two versions. One that is more accurate to sizing / shape and one that is slightly thinner as my jacket pockets where too narrow.

Once I made my initial DL-44 Blaster conversion (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:882673), I thought it only fitting that I make the whole gun belt as well. These files are for the hardware bits for the gun belt and the droid caller. Beyond these parts, the belt will still require some snaps, rivets, leather and of course some knowledge of leather crafting. I make no claim that these parts are 100% screen accurate, especially the droid caller, but they're pretty close (as far as I can tell).

My apologies in advance. I was messing about with the Han in Carbonite (by Gianteye) and decided it would go well with a light switch. I am a bad man. I just finished a major cleanup of this file. It should now print much better. I would highly recommend you use the Han4.stl file.

This is the infamous DL-44 blaster, cut into small enough pieces for the Monoprice Mini. It ends up being 9 files and takes about 40 hours or so to print. Some pieces need supports and some don't, you will want to figure that out as you bring them into your slicing software.

The original has all the parts allowed for the parts to go together and be field stripped except for the flashhinder adapter, which was rounded on the bottom to go into the flashhinder and when glued on to the barrel would stop it from being field stripped. This would be bad if you needed access for repairs or to replace the rubber band for the trigger. I have included 2 versions a Solid one and one with a drain hole in it for SLA printing I made them to fit the jacket I got from Fanjackets.com. Mine were printed on my Peopoly Moai. Utilizing an existing replica mauser these are the parts I created to turn it into a replica DL-11. These are not all the parts you will need to build one, you will obviously need a mauser of some sort and a scope. The scope was consructed on a lathe out of PVC as well as the heat sink.

I want to give away a Pair of this Dice and search for a Box. i fond no Box - so i decide to design one. This Design is "Print in Place" so no Support or assambling is needed ! Size : 60mm x 43mm x 26mm Update : I lift up the Hinge for 0.1mm to make it easyer to print on "bad leveled Printers" (like mine). ;-) If you don't like the "SOLO" Text on the Top of the Box just print the first Layer thicker => 0.3mm. (This works in Cura.)

Based on designs by Alan Sinclair (2005), a part of my re-learning 3d modelling and a wish to give back to the community, I have created the flash supressor for Han Solo's DL44 blaster, as seen in the bunker scene of Return of the Jedi. I have converted the original inches to centimetres as I work better in that format, so there may be a slight variance in accuracy to the drawings.

so I have a tiny printer ( if you have the monoprice mini select you know what I mean) so even though Smirf123 did a great job it was still a little to big. so I went into mesh mixer and split the two grip covers for smaller printers. all credit to Smirf123 for his work and any post processing or print settings should be directed toward the original maker. thanks.

I believe this is the final setup I used it to fix the loose nozzle on the Han Solo Blaster, it makes it good and tight. You may have to shorten the print by a few levels, I made it a bit longer intentionally.

Based on blueprint drawings by Alan Sinclair (2006) I wanted to get back into 3D modelling and give back to the community. This is the flash surpressor of the DL-44 used by Han Solo and Luke Skywalker in Empire Strikes Back.
