This design was inspired by Lochemage's sanding block( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23863 ). I needed a block to get corners with and a block for higher grits like 220 as sanding blocks are generally 60-150 grit. Hope you like it!

Note: If you want to use it as a casting model i recommend; %10 infill black pla (or if you can find, transparent(pure) pla is better for casting) 0.2 mm layer options for using less pla for lost-pla casting process.

More ergonomic grip for the standard needle collets commonly used in microscopy (see photo). In the .scad file you can adjust the bore to account for tolerances (original holder is 5 mm in diameter). In the provided .stl this is set to 5.5 mm, which works well for me with PLA. It takes a bit of force to push in the metal grip, but still allows removal. Minor changes from the original design: now all hollow, slightly improved printability and cooler endcap.

Because I was bored today, I have constructed a tap wrench. The individual parts should be printable. I have not tried it yet but I will print soon. To hold the little Hammer on the Screw just take 2 pice 2mm Pass pin´s. Have fun with it :D 08.04.2017: Update. Edited Part 2 with 2 Pass pin´s.

This is an OpenScad (customisable) version of the tool here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4186423 The original version had some flaws: the files has some problems, the print needs support, and the tool does not have sharp edges to use it as a rule. These problems are fixed here. This model can be print without support, "upside down" (text on the bed). I printed my version with a 0.2mm resolution, and it worked well.

This's a little remix about GOK Tool. I reduce the key because I broke it when I unscrew the nut gas, the reason is the point of the key touch the gas bottle and we don't have a lot of amplitude to unscrew the nut.

Handle and 2 files (15mm and 25mm) Handle is universal and requires short bridging to avoid supports. If you would like to design a custom file shape the tang is a 55mm length from a 10mm to 6mm taper to fit the handle. 6mm thickness. (follow dimensions directly, the clearance is .4 for the handle already. For sand paper adhesion I recommend using a glue stick or double sided tape. Isopropyl will take it right off when the sandpaper wears out.

I was trying to print a holder for my drill but I was stuck trying to properly fit the case in it, so I made this because in this part of Mexico is pretty difficult to acquire this kind of tool. It was fun 5mm of profiles every 25 minutes until I reached 100 mm.

Glue on some sandpaper around the cylinder, leave the ends without sandpaper. The cylinder gives you 4 sanding options: 1. Flat 90° to guiding surface. 2. Radius 90° to guiding surface. 3. Flat 45° to guiding surface. 4. Radius 45° to guiding surface.

Viscous fluid extruder for my 3d printers main barrings, I picked up a can of barring grease and just filled the tube and it works really well. I did have to sand the bottom of the pump section so that the tubes would fit together due to the base of the print being squished slighly, but other than that it worked out really well, just make sure you use all the grease in the tube before refilling it or its gets a pocket of air trapped inside and pushes the ram out of the cylinder.

I needed a mini-clamp to hold down my spool holder to my desk and mistertech's design was just about what I had in mind, minus the headphone part. I also shortened the clamp down to 20mm because my desk is very thin. I also wanted the screw to withstand more tension, so I decided to split the original model and print both halves horizontally and acetone weld them after. This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1617771, altered to have a flat base so it can be printed without supports. I had good results printing it with 4 shells, 20% infill in PLA on a replicator 2. To insert the blade, I clamped the blade in a vice and tapped the handle onto it with a hammer. The blade is from https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VB1U886, which is a wonderful tool with a fragile handle.

Inspired by a video by clough42, I made a metric tap guide for M3.5-M12 taps. Each tap hole was sized based on Little Machine Shop's clearance data plus a 0.2mm adjustment, plus or minus a fraction of a millimetre based on my printer's tolerances. The smaller holes seemed to need more adjustment as they were tool small, but from M8 upwards they actually seemed too large!
