Keine krumme Federn mehr. Nicht das Heizbett neu kalibrieren weil die Federn aus ihrer Position gerutscht sind. Die Federführung habe ich mit Rubber gedruckt. Dadurch wird die Feder nicht steif und hat immer noch etwas Spiel. Aber sie verrutscht nicht mehr. Die Höhe einfach im Slicer anpassen. Am besten 1 bis 2 mm kürzer wie normal benötigt wird.

I'm using glass plates on top of my heatbed. As I have more of them I needed an easy way to store them. This thing is made for 0.4mm glass plates. Thinner ones should also work. FYI: I also used this thing for calibration of my e-steps as it is quite big. This makes it easier to spot small inaccuracies. Thing dimensions: XMax=135mm YMax=100mm zMax=45mm

Eine der bekannten Schwachstellen des Anet A8 ist der Stecker zum Heizbett. Zwar wurde in der 2018er Version die Stromversorgung des Heizbettes auf mehrere Kontakte verteilt, aber durch die ständige Bewegung des Heizbettes und die dadurch entstehende Zubelastung ist das immer noch nicht eine befriedigende Lösung. Inspiriert von "Matze3D" und "Metac" hier meine geschraubte Version einenes Heizbett-Griffs für den Anycubic I3 Mega. Der Griff erleichtert das verschieben des Drucktisches beim leveling ungemein. Zur Montage benötigt ihr zwei Muttern M3 und zwei Schrauben M3x50 PS.: Habe das Druckbett an meinem Anycubic I3 Mega auf eine 3-Punkt-Auflage umgebaut. Stundenlanges justieren des Tisches ist nun vorbei ;o)

Da ich die Metalklammern nicht mehr haben wollte habe ich mir neue gebastelt wo auch beim Mendel90 der Luefter drueber passt. Das Bett haellt bombenfest. Im SCAD anpassbar auf Bett hoehe usw. Achtet auf den Gcode. bei mir war der erste lauf nicht optimal .. siehe Foto

Nun habe ich das Gehäuse geändert, so das der Regler fest am Drucker montiert ist. Dies ist eine Gießform für runde Dämpfer mit 22mm x 15mm und 4mm Loch. Diese können bei sehr vielen Druckern unter dem Heizbett als Ersatz für die federn genutzt werden. Dies erspart Euch ständiges nachjustieren durch den Verschleiß der verbauten Federn. Ausgedruckt paßt es bei mir recht straff zusammen. Hi everyone, I have created an "easy to print" hotbed handle for the new Anycubic i3 Mega X. Because i did not find anything that looks easy to print and cool aswell, i designed this little thing. It works well and fits perfectly on my Mega X. There is also enough space beetwen the handle and the Y-Belt and Y-Axis, so you will not pinch your fingers. You can easily clip on the holder in the existing buildplate, and i highly recommend to use the M3 Screw and nut to get a tight fit....

A stable heatbed holder for the Anet A8 printer, works perfectly with the IGUS bushings. Prepared with the three holes for the cable chain. For good stability use 3-4mm aluminum (the picture shows the 4mm Version) Screw holes: Use a M4 thread tap for the belt holders. Update 16.07.18: I have added a 2D dwg-file which should be readable by the most CNC control softwares.

Update 10.Oct.2018: i uploaded the updated version(marked as v2) from LMF5000 of this clamp, that should better fit the diameter of the Kossel Plus. Thanks LMF5000 --- i made the following modifications: - reduced overlap with heated bed - changed screw depth so that my original screws fit - reduced tolerance on guide rail for heated bed.
