A helmet based on concept art for one of the Knights of Ren from the Star Wars sequel trilogy, unofficially named "Grenade Face". Since this is a WIP, it's not sliced up or scaled correctly yet for human-scale, but it should print in miniature with appropriate supports. This is a small cap that you can insert into the bottom of your Kylo Ren bladebuilders hilt to get rid of that ugly hole and make it a little more accurate. Should fit nice and snug into the hole so you don't need any glue.

I used KhaledAlkayed3D's awesome model and imported it into blender and used the decimation tool to reduce the polygons down so the file is only 10Megs. Then I had to remove a lot of polygons inside to model and run it through Netfabb Basic so that I could slice the object properly using Simplify 3D. I wanted to make the mouth move like it does in the movies so I split this model using Meshmixer. Bottom 1, Bottom 2, Side face 1, Side face 2, and Back are all part of Main, just split up. I also included the entire helmet without the mouth for those with large printers. The amazing model was made by and is property of JTM; all I did was split it. Made this for a friend who has a Kylo Ren helmet and wanted a nice stand for it. small 1" pipe can fit in the center and has a hole for wires out the bottom. Print this upside down. i printed it at .2mm because i wanted it to be done faster but something lower will result in a better detail.

Recently I got a Kylo Ren Lego minifigure and I wasn't quite happy with his original lightsaber hilt... so obviously I designed and printed a new one. First I reverse engineered the basic Lego lighsaber hilt piece and then started modifying it to resemble the cross guard saber while still keeping the characteristics of an original Lego piece. Summary I remixed Kylo Ren to fit a 608 bearing and also to have a .4mm raised mask so that I could do a multi-color print. So, the main body is 7mm high with a .4mm mask = 7.4mm total height. How I Did It: I am sure this would be easy to do in Sketchup, but I downloaded and installed it and didn't even know where to begin so I uploaded the model to Tinkercad and... First I used a couple of shapes to cut away everything but the side that didn't have the beveled edge and made it 7mm high....

Kylo Ren's Cracked Helmet inspired ring. The outside of the band represents the repaired mask of Kylo Ren as seen in the Rise of Skywalker and the inside of the band has a quote by him in Aurebesh "Let the past die. Print in multiple parts with the flat edges along the bed if using an FDM printer. Assemble with gorilla or super glue. Print in one piece using the main file with an SLA printer. This is a TIE silencer kit card. the TIE silencer is a star wars ship flown by Kylo Ren in the most recent trilogy. Print it with no supports or build plate adhesion. once it's finished printing, use the cutters to remove each part and assemble it. The wings have two fold points and the main body has been split in half, fold the wings and insert the main body into the groove found on each wing. happy printing :)
