FAST 150 W LIPO DISCHARGER This thing has been designed with NX and printed with a Stratasys SLS printer, using polyamide. But with a conventional FDM printer, you will obtain very good results. In my first tests using ABS in a P3STEEL, I obtained good results and all parts can be connected perfectly. LiPo is a short way of saying Lithium Polymer batteries, Lipo batteries are packaged generally in prismatic pouch made of some plastic polymers. These batteries are known for their exceptional "boost discharge capabilities". Lithium polymer batteries are labeled nnC where nn is a number. For example a 1000mAH Lipo battery with 50C label is capable of supplying 50 Amperes of current for a fixed time. Lipo is lighter in weight and hence is more energy dense than Lithium Ion batteries....

remix of ps915`s Lipo Holder for Skyzone FPV Goggles http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1010549 made to suit turnigy 1000mah batterys I made the holder sides a bit longer and added a battery alarm holder one in pic was printed with 0% infil just to test size etc and it worked out pretty good now to print some better ones off if you add a bit of Velcro ( rough part )to the back side of the batt the battery does not fall out and you will have to pull on it to remove it all in all I'm happy with it...

Just a simple box model for a S4 5000MAh LiPo battery. There is some room left on the side to make sure the battery can expand. You could place a little bit of foam on the inside to stop the battery from moving (though straps do the same). On V2 there is some details on the side and bottom. (my name and some honeycomb) If there are people interested I can make it without the details. If you have any tips or tricks or adjustments please tell them to me and I'll fix it.

just a snap in case for a remote control plane I had, its a universal battery for allot of small remote control planes so it should fit most batteries. I just glued the corners in so that it doe sent move out of the slot. the top is a snap on case, and the cover needs to be broken in the center of the axis as bend into the slot on the base, its not that hard as the case is only about 1 layer thick.

A 4 slot box designed to hold Lithium Poly type 602030 (6mmx20mmx30mm). Printing: Don't need much infill. I used 40% PLA+ at 215C. Bed at 66C. On Ender3 Pro it takes around 1 hour.

I got tired of my 3P3S Lipo cells and balanceboard, taped and in a plastic bag so I made a small box to fit it in. :) 105x70x55 inner. with 1mm walls. I might remake the lid to go down the sides and be more rigid. 4xM3-bolts or similar to put it together. Make sure that you set the slicers "Extrution width" to auto to get it print 0,5mm*2 walls. *added optional lids, 10 and 55mm side.

I have a few projects using the Arduino or ESP8266 that transmit data and I use some old laptop battery cells to power them, I had some lying around on the desk and eventually I had an incident where some smoke was released!!! So I printed some containers to hold the battery pairs in, keeping all the exposed connectors safely covered. I then had the idea to combine the batteries with an old QI wireless charger coil and charging dock to charge the cells by just placing them on the charging pad....

I've been using a pretty bad DIY trackIR clip for a while now, from before I had a 3d printer. So, I decided to upgrade. This is a 3d printable TrackIR clip, which uses a 3.7V 1200mAh 103040 lipo battery, TP4056 board for charging, and 3 SFH485P IR LEDs. It attaches to my headset with 6mmx5mm neodymium magnets and washers, so that I can easily put it on and remove it. I've included .stl for printing and .f3d files if you want to edit parts to fit other batteries or charge boards. There is a BOM...

You need to turn it so none wals are floating so you wont use supports.it might get some cracks when taking it off, I used superglue to stick it back . Before you put battery inside put some electrical tape around it to prevent it from cracking.

Battery cap for EC3 type LiPo batteries. Included the .stl and .scad files. Originals done in Freecad. lipocap6 has recessed letters, lipocap7 has raised letters. You will want to rotate them onto the "back", since the models are built on their side and won't print as neatly that way.
