I have a big head, and most masks sold in my country had small straps to use around the ears. Went through Thingiverse looking for bigger straps (as the common ones were still too small) and couldn't find one to print reliably, so I went to design my own in TinkerCAD. Enjoy I printed on a small bed, 185x195mm printable area, so I had to position it diagonally for it to fit.

Our N95 mask uses ear loop and thus pain full with prolong wear. The provided hook for securing the N95 mask is not ideal as it can move with head movement. Another Ear saver. I know everybody is making one. However, You can get 11 on an Build plate the is 220x220mm and print in 110 Minutes. The down side is you need to be at the printer every 110 Minutes. I have not had much luck stacking these and getting them apart. I am printing on a Ender 5 with a .2 layer height, 1.8mm wall thickness. 100% infill.

I wanted to print some Ear Savers for medical staff (or anyone who has to wear a face mask), on my smaller printer, which is less than 120mm wide. Almost all the models are too big and I didn't like the ones I did find. This one prints fast. I can print 4 of these on my Monoprice Select Mini in under 45 minutes, at 0.4 mm line width. I made this for complete ear relief from wearing face/surgical masks for a long period time. This design pulls the straps off the whole ear. Will need some 3M spongy seal (or similar) to allow grip onto head/hair. Printed in PLA, and made bent the plates slightly with some heat after printing.

Here is a larger version of my fast printing Ear Saver. Designed for speed of printing and strength. Tested to over 30 lbs force before breaking with PLA. These take 15 minutes each on my Ender 3 printer at 0.2 layer height and three walls at 0.4 mm line width.
