Mount for a Mean Well LRS-350 series power supply allowing it to be mounted flat to the underside of a desk, on a wall, etc. I also designed an integrated shroud (based on: thing:4631303) which seems to dampen the sound of the PSU fan. Hardware needed: - One of the following: - 4x M4x4 countersunk screws (UNTESTED) - Mounts the PSU to the holder - OR 4x M4x6 Socket Cap screws - 3x M3x8 - For mounting the fan shroud to the PSU mount - 3x M3 hex nuts - For mounting the fan shroud to the PSU mount...

As the stock cooling fan for the is quite loud, I decided to install a Noctua NF-A6X25, however the PSU case doesn't have enough clearance for a bigger fan. This mod actually will work for any 6025 fan, but keep in mind that the original one is about 16 cfm, or 27 m3/h. Although the PSU doesn't run very hot and the fan is not switched on at all times, you still might consider this parameter when choosing a replacement. **Print notes** ----------- Turn off suports when printing, as the few...

I have re-remixed my own design to exact dimensions with extras; The previous design fits well, but is 200 mm long. The original lid is 198 mm long. Also, the with is corrected from 110 mm to 111 mm (* for tolerances I made it 110.8) The result is that my connector guard doesn't fit very well. Also I found myself missing the indicators for +/- and Live/Neutral/Ground.

This is a simple PSU bracket to mount Meanwell LRS 350 24 or Meanwell RSP 300 series powersupplies to 2040 aluminium extrusions. Two versions are available, depending on the orientation of your extrusions. This thing was created with full compatibility to oderwats WellFan mod (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2967389) in mind. The holes to fix the brackets to the extrusions fit M5 screws, either DIN912 M5x8 or M5x10 should fit. Use washers if neccessary. As usual, STEP and STL available and...

A quite universal (requires 4xM4x10 bolts and 4xM4 screws) mount for Meanwell-LRS-350 series PSU. Holding screws are hidden within the mount for hers&your pleasure (aesthetic lvl over 9000) in a pocket slanted 40 degrees. I'd suggest at least PETG for the print, since the PSU enclosure sinks some heat, but if you're feeling frisky PLA might be okay. Suggested order of operations - mark where you want to mount your PSU - screw in right or left holder (orientatiton kind of counts here, be...

I took Kotze101's Cover and edited printaway's back cover to be slimmer and have holes so it kinda replicated the way the original power supply was mounted on the Kossel. Additionally, I made a 2020 mount inspired by jbanion's. Yea that's it basically.

As I have received feedback from my other PSU design. I modified it to match the screw hole mount in the upright and moved the socket to clear the adjustment screws on the bed. I used a Ender 3 Pro CAD Model to modify my previous design, so hopefully it clears everything. If you do print it out, please let me know if it does/doesn't and I will try to modify as needed. And please post a make if possible. I appreciate the feedback and hope it helps. Thanks!

Simple mounting feet for the Meanwell LRS-350-24 I used in a build. This allows the power supply to be mounted flat on it's back. Bolts to the sides of the Meanwell Power supply with M4 bolts and also locks into the grooves next to the factory threaded holes so it won't rotate. The tabs that fit into the opening are a tight fit, but that is the point. You can shave them a little bit if necessary. I printed this without support on my Ender 3 in PLA. Constant airflow of the Power Supply fan...

This is a custom cover I designed to mount a 120mm PC case fan in place of the 60mm fan included in the Mean Well LRS-350 power supply (mine is a 24V PSU, but it will work just fine with the 12V PSU). There are several designs available for mounting 80mm and 92mm fans, but I happened to have some extra 120mm PC case fans available. Most 120mm case fans should work, though you'll want to check for clearance for the fan wiring, which needs to go inside the case. This power supply goes at the...

Modified the original cover by dermatin. Changes made: - adapted to 92mm fan - threads removed from screw holes + size adjusted (easier to print + threads will be tapped by the PSU screws) - slim/fast fan guard for the 92mm fan I used the 2 fan screws from the original fan on the Meanwell PSU and routed the cable through one of the 2 empty screw holes. The fan on mine was a 12v fan. f3d file is included should you wish to make any changes.

The original PSU that came with my Prusa died prematurely. I did not want to get the replacement PSU through Prusa. I opted for an upgrade instead with better thermal management and components. But as luck would have it, my Meanwell PSU came with an un-excorsised built in fan that screeched when excited. This top plate is for replacing the stock fan with a 90mm case fan. In my case I used a Noctua. Please remember to hold on to the screws that comes with the PSU. They self thread into the...

The original PSU on my A10M died, so I had to get a replacement. I went with a MeanWell LRS-350-24. None of the designs I found online were quite to my liking, so I made a new one. With this design, the PSU will sit flush against the printer frame. You can use the original screws and holes from the original PSU for the replacement one.

I took the Fusion360 source and changed following things: - made a removable hexagon fan grill - changed the lower grill to hexagons and moved it as far down as possible - added holes to be able to screw the halves together with M3 screws - moved the power connector a bit up and to the back (will be a tight cable fit!) - opened one hole on the bottom - rounded the corners The fan grill will not fit the original thing! Part3 is unchanged Regarding the photo: I damaged the part while removing it...

This is a simple, slim end cover box for a Mean Well LRS-350-24 PSU (power supply unit) so that it can be used more safely as as desktop 24V supply. I use it to power my ToolkitRC M8S LiPo charger, amongst others. It has cable holes with grips for a typical mains cable input and 2x AWG12 silicone flexible wires output (mine to an XT30 connector). I just use the cable with plug from a cheap extension cable and wired up some AWG12 silicone cable and XT30 female connector fo 6th output. Obviously,...

A year ago when i started tinkering with my new ender 3 pro i printed a PSU Fan Cover designed by Knarf2807 (thanks buddy) to fit a 80x80x25 noctua inside and reduce PSU noise. On one hand i was not happy with a mounted psu plus had the goal to print a stand. On the other hand i liked the features of shelly1pm (power/temp monitoring with sensor addon). So I combined both in my first real from scratch design. After printing and putting my final box draft together i realised the need for a simple...

When I replaced my default power supply with the meanwell LRS 350, the holder for the power supply had a gap that needed filling. I didn't want to re-print the whole shroud, so this spacer screws into the hole that the old power supply used. I put a 10mm M4 screw on the inside, slide it in the hole of the current shroud, and tighened a bolt on the back. Prevents the shroud from moving and blocking the print bed, also stops little items from falling in.

Remix that is an easier print; Instead of honeycombs, which are slow to print, I have added alternating lines of 1.2 mm wide, 0.2 mm high. When printed on 0.1 or 0.2 layer height, the nozzle will have to move only diagonally in 1 direction every layer (0.2) or every 2 layers (0.1). This saves time and filament and because 0.2 layer height is not that much, the resulting grid is surprisingly solid :) Also added the Mean Well logo. Hopefully the letters survive removal from build plate. I print...

This is just a small modification of `WellFan-Part2.stl`. Go grab Part 1 and 3 from [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3644667)! *** I have my printer in a tight spot and the recessed hole that [pacman42](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3644667) did would bring my printer dangerously close to the front edge of my desk, so I moved the big square hole to the front! :) I also added more vent holes and an alternative cable hole on the back. As you can see, this remix was all about them...

This is a bracket to mount a MeanWell LRS-350 power supply on it's side vertically. I designed this mount to be simple and conscious of the vent holes. The two brackets for one power supply are identical. it has countersunk holes for mounting with wood screws. This mount is fairly strong, however it does have some flex and I would not trust it in an extremely rough environment where a lot of strain will be put on the brackets. To mount it you will need two m4 bolts with length ~5.5mm and 4...

After seeing some of the designs on Thingiverse copied from the original PSU case I printed a couple and they didn't have the features I wanted so I made my own from scratch. I used the official 3D model for the LRS-350-24v Meanwell PSU for reference for all of the holes. What I needed was: * Easy access to the terminal strip screws and power adjustment. * Enough space for the horribly designed Power Panic PCB wiring. * A visible 3 segment voltmeter. * Vent holes for the air flow. * A centrally...

I remixed this so that it puts the back of the Meanwell LRS up against the wall of the ammo can, and the fan facing in towards the middle. I printed the original design, and it was reverse of what I wanted. Remixed it with tinkercad. I used M4 x 8 bolts. I found that attaching the bottom first then the back had that best results since the holes are have tight tolerances.

This is a back cover for the [Anet A8 PSU Cover by Kotze101](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2237395), which is really a cover for the Meanwell LRS-350-12. Print two brackets & use 4 x M4x8mm screws & 4 x M4 washers to mount the PSU to the bracket. Use of longer screws can potentially damage your power supply.

Work In Progress - It's currently quite hard to insert and screw in M3 bolts... So my main goal is slim and mounts behind the left vertical rail out of the way - I also want to use an all-in-one fused-switched-IEC module as I think they look neater and fused is always a good idea imo. This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2986488 I recommend using the top bracket from the original and just mirroring it in Cura before printing. The Fused-Switch IEC module I used is this one:...

Anycubic Mega Zero v1.0 Horizontal Mount for Mean Well LRS-350 Power Supply. I recommend you print these in PETG or ABS+ due to the heat generated by the PSU. PLA is likely to warp and sag. There are 2 options for the plug socket, one is a rear mount (shown in photos) and the other is designed to mount behind the Z-Stepper motor in a vertical orientation. I've included an optional fanless silent cover for the PSU from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3882445

I replaced the power supply that came with my Geeetech A10 by a Mean Well power supply - the same power supply type used by my Creality Ender 3 Pro. I could use the bracket of the original power supply (all screw holes were at the same places) with the built-in power inlet and switch. The only problem was, that the original power supply was a full size version, but the Mean Well power supply is a slim version, so that a huge gap remained open which would have allowed access to the high voltage...

Noctua NF-A9-14 90mm fan cover for Meanwell PSU. Although intermittent, the stock fan on the Meanwell LRS 350W is loud when running. Switching it out for a 90mm noctua fan significantly reduced the fan noise. I've reduced the hex mesh from the original model at the top of the PSU so air is channelled through the components before being exhausted. The model has an internal hook for cable management. I ended up not using this on my own PSU. The fan should be mounted on the outside of PSU cover -...

This is a remix of gmarsh23's AC Inlet Cover adapted to use the 2 screw IEC from jhbruhns remix. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4446025. Also removed the tapering from the PSU screw holes to help improve strength and moved the ac inlet hole to the other side to allow more room for the IEC connections. Commented changes to hole position and taper removal to allow easy reversal.

The contacts on the Mean Well LRS-350 series PSU are not covered. This fixes that. It will not prevent short or shocks when poking around with a screenshot driver or other conductive items, but at least you won't accidentally touch them. I tried to be inclusive; there is a 240v, 230v, 110v, "Danger!" and a blank protector. (The last one in case you want something else written on it) Insert the top site first, then click in the bottom side. DISCLAIMER I am not responsible for you...

This is a PSU modification which is meant for the Creality3D Ender 3, but may be used for other printers too. In the first step it replaces the original PSU with a Mean Well LRS-350-24. Then it replaces the original PSU cover fan with a specially designed partial case. This lets you use a 80 mm 12v Arctic F8 Silent fan (or any other 80 mm x 25 mm 12v fan) and reuses the original Ender 3 power socket / switch combination part. The original fan is also 12v indeed (see the photo). It is made from...
