Fan covers to apply on a "opened" original I3 Mega hotend housing. They work with the original screws and fans if you like. In order to reduce the teflon tube lenght, I have choosen an horizontal extruder position like the Creality one's. Also there are less issues with tube and wires, when the extruder is up and closed to the top frame. I wanted to add a bit of dampening to the printer without increasing the height too much, as for example with squash feet (which I just don't like). For that, I remixed following thing: - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4272258 - Anycubic i3 Mega solid under (original) foot, by monux I cut some part from the bottom to make them less height, and printed them with TPU and some settings to make them squishy but stable (see print settings).

When the cooling fan went bad on this printer I found out that it was using a 45mm blower fan for part cooling, which couldn't be found anywhere. I did have a bunch of standard 40mm fans so I whipped up this adapter in Fusion 360.

Another I3 Mega S Front Overlay, You can print some other color in thin single layer squares to go behind like in my example. Print a single .4mm layer, stick to the back with double sided tape. In the uploaded STI file, the letters and cube are much better but i decided not to reprint for myself. Hopefully someone will add some makes to show how it looks

I wanted to shorten my bowdentube to use with thing 3784499, but I ended up cutting it too short. My existing cable guide would fix the bowdentube in place too high so it would kink when homing the X axis. Edit: Added a taller 100mm C270 mount. Didn't like how low the camera sat. Tried a few different C270 camera mounts but didn't find one that was easily adjustable for smaller and bigger prints. I rotated the heatblock such that the long end is facing the touchscreen, the cables are now facing the X axis endstop. It probably wont fit without rotating it. Enough space for a silicone sock and to the clamps holding the Ultrabase on the frame. You will need some M3 bolts, one washer and a nut.

Remixed the bed handle to support a Y-belt tensioner, and made it even wider to stay on very securely. The finger ring has a slope on the bottom on it so putting a bit of force on it still shouldn't hit the tensioner.
