20mm tall token for DPA Pike fork with 35mm stanchions. Normal bottomless tokens do not fit in a DPA (dual position air) fork. The OD is 30mm and the ID is 10mm. You'll need 2 M3x12 SHCS screws and a M3 tap to complete a token. I do not know how many will fit in your fork. If you plan to use more than one, make sure they do not bottom out against anything by fully compressing the fork with zero air pressure.

*Keeps the dirt out of your mountainbike-brakes!* I just bought a new mountainbike with these brake-protectors on it, then I looked at them and they were 3D-printed so I decided to reverse-engineer the model and place it for free to print for you guys. Usually they are about 13 euros a piece in the following webshop; https://www.brakeprotec.com/ You do have to buy the brushes if you want to use the product (13 euros for two sets of two). Check the link above for more information about the...

10mm bar extensions for mountain bikes. Increased my bar width from 740mm to 760mm. These are only for use with lock on grips that have the lock on the inside of the grip, for example the Ergon GE1 grips. You don't want to lock anything onto this extension. There is a 7mm hole in the inside of the extension, if you remove the grip and the extension get stuck inside you can use a bit of 8mm threaded rod or "all thread" or just a long 8mm bolt to screw into the extension to remove it...

this a wall mount i designed to allow me to mount my mountain bike to my garage wall. its not perfect by any means but does the job for me. it fits 29 inch x 2.5 tyres. bike mounts perpendicular to the wall and front tyre slides into the mount so its standing on its back wheel. This may not be perfect for everyone am i very new to 3d printing. i put infill rate at 50% but i cant remember exactly what i used

If you are like me and changed your double transmission for a single one, ther is chance that you find a possibility for fixing a chainstay: Your front derailleur had a Type E fixing? Here is a simple chainstay! I made it for an 30 teeth ring, but you only nee to change one piec to adapt it to any number of teeth (30, 32 or more) you have on your bike. It is adapted to a SCOTT Spark 2012 model. I dont know if it will fit well any scott SparK, let me know if you print one!

I needed to carry other things in the waterbottle area on my frame so designed this to move the hand pump somewhere else. The pump sits about 0.5" inside the outer edge of the seat stay so it won't get knocked while riding. Ok so this thing is pretty specific to a lezyne pump and devinci bike but I'll describe how I designed it so someone can design one to fit a different bike. First I wrapped the seat stay in masking tape (sticky side out for easy removal later) and cast the shape in hot...

Presta valve core remover. May need a little bit of scraping to get it to fit the valve snugly. Works wonders with tubeless tire arrangements where you need to refill the goo. Just use a syringe to put the goo in after the valve core is removed.

This will clip on a 34mm handlebar VERTICAL stem. the holes fit the 32 inches ozark trail bamboo skewers from walmart, just clip the pointy end. I extended mine a bit further as I'm taller than average. The forward angled stops the web fragments from reaching you as you ride. I used a rubber band to spring it back to the center if it shifts during the ride. https://youtu.be/SPqs0L_BBfc

I designed these "Bike Ballz" to replace the use of zip ties for cable management on mountain bikes, but should work on any type of bicycle cable. Each half is symmetrical so just add two (or more) to your build plate. The nut presses into the hole and stays. Use a M4*20 bolt with an M4 nut.

A hook that slides onto the handlebars of a bike. Previously I've always hung my bikes up with a hook under the stem, but with new bikes having such short stems there is no longer any space for that. This clips onto the handlebars and provides a hook that I can hang it from. It's designed for 31.8" handlebars, you can probably scale it for other diameters. Print from PETG or something else that won't deform over time (i.e. not PLA). Supports enabled, relatively high infill and/or wall...

Keeps the kickstand on your bike from sinking into a soft surface and your bike upright. Works on gravel, dirt, mud, sand, etc. In version 1, the hole goes half way through the ball; version 2 it goes to the bottom of the ball. Use V1 if you need a little extra height on your kickstand. Designed for a 3/8" diameter kickstand; scale to fit as required to fit yours.

These are inverted bicycle handlebar stands. Designed to throw into the back of the car and use on the trailhead. Lifts bars to avoid any damage and provides a stable support on rough terrain. The are designed to be printed without any supports. I recommend PETG material with 4 wall thickness. Diameter of bar holders is 33mm nominal. Added both STL and STEP files. STEP file is CAD model data that can be modified. I have no idea why STL is a standard file for 3D printing. Jan 2020: Updated to V3...

This is not my design. This is a design that Banshee provide on their homepage so riders can cut their own rear fender. Having a rear fender on the Rune V3 is a very good idea because all of the rear linkage bearings are directly exposed to flying mud and water. Using the drawing provided by Banshee, I copied the exact design, but had to make one small change so the part could fit on my print bed (A large chamfer instead of the 20mm radius). Still, this is a tight fit on my Prusa i3. You have...
