Split up for printing on MMU2s, or any other solution capable of 4 colours, using meshmixer. Bottom part did not want to play ball with meshmixer and having some problems in general with that one. May be updated later Props to RevK for an awesome design.

The 5th Element replica COVID Multipass with multi-component objects, ready for easy MMU2 color selection in PrusaSlicer. This fits a U.S. COVID-19 Vaccination card (4 x 3 inches). I could not find one that did what I wanted - a MULTI PASS card holder that takes a credit card size plastic card. Some were larger, some were close, but the card stuck out. One was slightly distorted! Watching the film it looks like it is a credit card sized card in a holder! I have looked at a lot of photos and watched the film again, and I think this is pretty good... So what makes this slightly different is this has registration marks on the base and the top. NO SUPPORT IS NEEDED. This makes it much easier to align the top/bottom up. A Multi-pass style COVID vaccination card holder. Three layers, which is a bit obnoxious but it can be printed without supports or overhangs and there's a nice little slot to put the card into. The keychain hole helps to line everything up.

This is my take on the Multipass from the Fifth Element for Covid 19. It is designed to be printed with the Mosaic Palette. You will need supports under the cylinder, I have included supports in the design for the rest, break them out after its printed, the two slots that the card slides under look solid, but they are not, use a small flat screwdriver to break out under the slots, it is only .2mm thick and will break out easily. Original Solidworks model by Mike Wiggins: https://grabcad.com/library/zorg-zf-1-1. The original upload was not really printable. I cleaned up the mesh, combined parts, beefed up some areas and put in additional structural supports. Printed 8" version successfully on an Ultimaker 3 with dissolvable supports.
