This a remix of heatsink clip for NEMA17 motors by Fleafa. The original version was too big in almost all directions (1+mm between the heatsink and the stepper surface). It now clips to my steppers tightly, allowing direct contact with the stepper and the use of thermal compound. This model takes into consideration that the spaces between the heatsink fins are not square but slightly curved. Support is a must and this should not be printed in PLA due to the heat.

As i didn't find a step-model of a Nema 17 stepper for a current project, that i could download without at least signing up somewhere, i designed one. Designed after the datasheet from omc-stepperonline.com (type 17HS15-1504S), it should be a decent stand-in for most Nema 17 motors. Includes step, 3mf and stl files.

Platform to mount a Flying Extruder on a Delta Printer. I designed it specifically to fit the Voron Pocketwatch extruder mod for Nema-17 stepper motors by GSL12 on my FLSUN Q5, but it will work just fine with other delta printers. The holes in the platform increase structural stability while keeping it lightweight and can be used as a means to fix the wire harness to. The mount for the stepper motor has grooves on the inside for enhanced rigidity. I also included a generic motor mount to use it...

Nema 17 Stepper Motor (17HS24-2104S) mount for oddly shaped rotary table. Cap screws for this are M3 .5 thread 10mm long Fairly sturdy. I only needed to drill/tap 2 screws to keep it locked on tight without vibration. You may need to glue a little piece of gasket material on the motor plate to provide more stability/shock absorption but not necessary for this. I also had to lathe a small groove on the rod for a snap ring where the handle would normally keep it in place as it is turned....

The original model was exactly what I was looking for, but way too big for what it was. I pulled into MeshMixer, converted it to solid to eliminate the non-manifold issues, which reduced the file size by 90% and then further reduced it another 90% to get a 700k file with the "_small" suffix. Useful for working with models of BMG style extruders with reduction gears.

This design allow to colocate the motor standing without any problem with the sensor, to connect it, you have to use jumpers cable in the hole. Hello Guys! This is a small simple planetary gearbox for a nema 17! This is designed to be as small and simple as possible due to this the ratio is only 4.2:1 but for a lot of robotics projects ( like mine, check it out on my website rpmengeerings.com!) its enough for quality tests, proof of concepts and to make something awesome! This is designed to be inline with the motor and now dramatically change its diameter to make sure it fits in places a normal nema 17 would. It is quite a tight...

The designed element is used to reduce vibrations transmitted from the engine to the structure. Its shape is perfectly matched to the Nema 17, thanks to which the flat surface also adheres to the mount. Bowden speed 20mm/s Direct speed 60mm/s 5 walls I recommend leaving 1 layer to be 30-40% infill or filling the entire model with the material. The element does not require additional fixing, if the drive will be held in place by screwing it in.

After fitting my Ender-3 Pro with a Micro Swiss direct drive I found that the cables were floating around at the extruder end. I came up with the idea of printing a clip to attach to the extruder stepper motor that the conduit could be attached to and save wear and tear on the cables connected to it. After several designs I settled on this one which has ventilation holes. The clip simply 'clips' over the stepper motor and you use 3mm tie-wraps / cable-ties to attach the conduit. Make sure there...

In the city I live in, the extruder motor overheats because the temperatures rise by 40 C, the motor protects itself and I could not finish the printing. I started looking for a ready-made project suitable for the CR-6 SE to cool the Nema 17 motor. There were very good projects, but the fact that the Z axis shaft was too close to the motor was preventing it. In the projects I found, since the fan was at the bottom of the motor, the heater bed would give the incoming heat to the motor and it...

Did you install a direct drive upgrade onto your Ender 3, and now want to cover the bottom of the NEMA 17 extruder stepper motor? Here's two versions of a cover with a hexagon pattern for you to use. I did it mainly because the metal finish on the bottom of the motor was highly reflective to my IR camera on my OctoPi. This helps cut down on the reflection a little. Remix if you like :) Check out my other designs here: https://www.thingiverse.com/paolodipetta/designs

Ich habe hier einen Stecker halter konstruiert der einen JST SM2,54 Stecker am Nema17 festhält damit dieser beim Bewegen des Motors nicht die Kabel beschädigt. This is an upgrade kit for the Easythreed X4 model (but should work on any X's model - X1/X2/X3/X4). The upgrades include brackets/supports to replace the original stepper motors by Nema 17 ones and also a support for the E3D V6 hot end. For the Y and X axis, I'd recommend using Nema17 model 17hs4023 ("pancake" steppers). For the Z axis, 17hs4401 is advised, once pancake motors could not handle the axis weight. The brackets are pretty much plug-n-play, but the Y bracket needs that you...

Test Draw for Z-Max Endstop Solution. Only a Test System but works. I have reintegrated an earlier idea for relieving the load on the motor ball bearings. Since I already use these on an older unit. The bearings used here carry a 220 volt heating bed, 8 mm aluminium, thermal fuse, PEI pressure plate or mirror, depending on the requirements, with additions of a total weight of up to 4.5 kilograms. The STL can be used on many Nema 17 Z systems with a flat housing. Used Endswitch:...

A remix of the Nema 17 cooler by Ente246. My rig has a z-axis stepper motor bracket and damper that interferes with cooling and as a result the motor gets very hot. I tried https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3041691 but the mount doesn't expose enough of the motor surface to have any effect. Therefore I decided to modify Ente246's design by removing the mounting holes used to attach to the top of the stepper motor, and replacing with holes spaced for t-nuts that can be mounted on the Ender 3...

This is a cap covering the pulley sides of the Little Monster's (or any equivalent delta printer's) X, Y and Z motors, just to keep dust off the gears and make the printer's look a little less "raw". A simple way to solve the problem with cable breakage. With this cover it is possible to mount a PG7 gland or a GX12 socket to NEMA17 and NEMA23 stepper Some peoples have a problem with dimensions in slicer. The NEMA17 file (both) should have the dimensions: X = 51mm (39.37%) Y = 46mm (39.37%) Z = 30mm (39.37%) The NEMA23 file should have the dimensions: X = 68.4mm (1000%) Y = 38mm (1000%) Z = 60.4mm (1000%)

***Update: Found the opening for the display was just a bit too small so new housing is uploaded. You can just file off 2mm from the top of the display mount and it will fit too.*** A housing for a stepper motor controller and driver bought cheap as you will see from the pictures when I finally assemble it all. The stepper driver and controller despite being Japenglish and can't read the buttons at all is a really good product. Came with a literal half a display cable, but I just soldered those...

This is the new motor mount to the SolidCore 3D Printer. see >> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4307266 I've been working on a modular and scalable corexy design called the SolidCore for over a year now. The plan is to have a platform or ecosystem of parts that can be used on any 3d printer that uses 2020 frame extrusion. The original motor plate had a 20mm cut out to seat in the corner of the frame. One of the problems I ran into was that many of the frames use square corner brackets...

NEMA 17 Stepper Motor Mount This is a mount / holder for affixing NEMA 17 Stepper Motor to 2040 Extrusion for 3D Printers. I'm uploading two versions: a full width one that would stick out some on both sides of the 2040, and a slim, open-sided version that is exactly 40 mm wide. If you have to attach a T bracket sheet or L bracket sheet right beside the mount, then the slim line one is what you want. I'm also attaching a schematic showing the dimensions of the particular kind and size of NEMA...

X Y Motor mounts for Sapphire Plus, moved to the side about 2mm - 2,25mm, metal mounts are not welded, vibrating and making strage noises due profile was not closed. 2mm longer M4X8mm Hex screws (7,5-8mm Head diameter) have to be used. I printed them without supports flat, large belt hole facing up, for strengh 60% infill.

A knob for the extruder motor's axle of the Creality Ender 3. I uploaded two models, one holed with a specific shape, an other one that remains stock. It's now your task to add something to the blank knob ! (And post a remix, by the way) It fits Nema Motors axle with a gentle pression.
