I was tired of having the y end stop switch support break on the 250mm bed for the P3steel. So I designed this part, it is much stronger than the original and also easier to install due to the screw nut cutout.

Because i was asked on facebook about my changes to the toolson setup i combine them here for all of you. Because i like the fact to slide up my x-axis without turning the motors I used this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2140740 If you want to use them too, you need the belt tensioner from this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1103976 Because the P3Steel frame (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:157303) has different spaces between the linear guide and the spindle than my previous...

Fysetc case for Orballoprinting p3steel frame I've designed a support bracket for the LCD case designed by Foxbiker. The design I'm complementing is: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4128462 I've used the front and back parts of the case without modifications. My contribution is to create the optimized bracket to match the frame holes. I've also made it a little bit longer to prevent the bed from crashing with the plastic button that comes with the LCD screen, which is a bit big. The...

Remixed for using with 16mm diameter bearings and m5 screws I designed the tube simmilar as one i has for my sidewinder, but i could not find the 3d model Please dont print it in pla, it will bend with time, i printed this with PETG, Blue transparent and Black, use a good infill, over 30-40% and 3 perimeters, 0.2 or 0.24mm layer, make it sturdy, is an important piece of your printer ;)

I always hate the normal supports for the Filament rolls on the tabel.. So I construct in 2 min this little arm that keeps the Roll in position. This ist for a 2.1 Frame of the P3 Steel. But u only need a little hole 2 fix this arm. The hole in the arm has 55mm dimension, so a tube with 53mm dimension will fit quite well. U dont need any bearings. Cause SolidWorks has an easy way 2 draw the threads, I added some M12 threads into the part. But u have 2 trim those Threads after the Printing a...

This is a reverse bowden adaptor for the P3Steel / Orballo frame. When using a direct drive extruder and having the spool at the back of the printer, this helps guiding the filament and prevents uneven tension. Use a PC4-M6 pneumatic push fitting. Pre-tapping with an M6 tap helps.

Squash ball feet for the P3Steel! - You need six squash balls (ask for old ones at a squash center, should be good enough) - Print the files (mirror in your slicer to have left and right ones) - The "middle" position is where the big frame parts cross. - Designed for the Orballo frame, but should also work for the other ones. If not: contact me - Print it heavy (more perimeters, more infill) since there is constant tension on the parts (used PETG for the flex). My printer is dead...

This is another variant of the original P3Steel "Leonardo" by Irobri, with a few more changes (listed below) compared to my previously published version 2.01. The main point of this version 2.5 DXL is to more easily support an optional single or dual Bowden extruder setup. Of course it can still be built with a "standard" Prusa i3 Greg's Wade 's Geared Extruder. There are no other functional changes from version 2.01 apart from those listed below: - The frame now supports an...

The Y bars on my P3Steel XL (from KitPrinter3D) can very easily slide out of their mounts so I needed a way to stop them dropping out but also allow them to be removed easily for maintenance. The Prusa i3 Steel end Y Axis by weros was a good start, but because of its height above the bar it stopped the print bed from moving to its full Y distance (the clearance between the Y bar and bed mount is just over a 1mm and moves beyond the length of the frame by several cm at the extremes) Printed this...
