I designed a miniature peristaltic pump using a 6v N20 geared motor. Tubing is 4mm OD and 2mm ID. Rollers are made from cutting tubing -Mcmaster-Carr part#8627K129 2 Screws are part#99461A615 2 Small screws are part#91305A002 Housing can be resin printed (hard resin) or machined. I used a Pocket NC V2, 5 axis desktop machine and machined from a 1 inch bar stock. Spin plate machined for press fit onto motor shaft. Top cover was 3D printed of PETG. Fusion 360 file and STEP are attached.

I designed this simple mounting system for the Yosoo 6v Dosing pump I got from Amazon.(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HLCOXFI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I Printed With PETG and am truly amazed at how strong this mount actually is!!!! I couldn't even break it with my bare hands! (Make sure you have a high enough print temp for proper layer adhesion.) I secured the pump with 2x M3x10mm alan bolt screwed directly into the plastic so don't over tighten!

I needed a pump for a viscous fluid in one of my projects and it seemed a no brainer to uses ttsalo's version http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15538 However, I have been hitting a wall in my tests and when discussing the matter it was pointed out that stator should be made of rubber to provide a tight fit with the rotor so cavities are sealed while moving. 3D Printed Centrifugal Pump - Designed with a closed vane impeller and a suction eye to accommodate a standard UK 2 litre bottle. The coupling was designed to fit a 3.2mm RC motor shaft but by using a longer (150mm) coach bolt it can also be used with a drill. very easy pump to print, no support needed only small parts. i used a 1 meter m8 thread, for every propeller you need 4 nuts, my pump transports the water 80 cm high, but maybe with more stages you can get higher. you need a diffuser otherwise the water starts spinning around, and does not gets transported. The drill i used does 2000 rpm, if you go lower in the rpm the pump probably wont perform that good. i used a 50mm pvc pipe with a wall thicknesser of 2,5 mm if your pvc pipe is thicker you...

Small stubby adapter to connect tyre pumps to random rubber hoses, balloons, paddling pools, water wings etc. Print in two halves and join with superglue if using an EWaste printer. A 3d-printable displacement pump using a gerotor. It requires many vitamins. Its volumetric efficiency is, well... Somewhat higher than zero. **Why won't thingiverse show my animated gif's!?** Download gerotor-pump.zip to see a moving cutaway view.
