A 3.5 mm spacer (worked better than 3 mm) to mount 7-speed cassette on a 8/9 speed hub, None of the models found on thingiverse featured the rivet holes as seen in in [2] and [3] Went over 3 iterations. i needed to bleed my shimano brakes and i have a 2 piston brake caliper at the back and a 4 at the front so i've made these pieces so the pistons don't pop out while bleeding. Also it is because it was faster (and cheaper) to design them and print than buying officials one.

Bicycle chainguard to protect your pant against oily chains. Customizable in number of bolts, inner and outer diameter and bolt circle diameter. Examples for Shimano, Campagnolo and SRAM cranks in the openscad file. Of course different patterns can be applied or easily created. I printed this with black PLA. This is my Tiagra spacer for older levers. these are like gold dust to buy and not cheap. tis however is a spacer that will move the lever roughly 1cm nearer to the rider and not compromise wheel removal on wither side. These are not perfect but work well. Just remove the old rubber stopper and clip these in. You need to just mirror the STL for the opposite side as they are the same layout. I recomment 100% infill as I found it would deform pushing in the back pin that is tight to ensure it...

Designed some custom spacers for my single speed mountain bike. I experiment with different gearing often so having a library of different thicknesses is helpful. At least better than buying spacer kits. The wave spacers are printed separately and fit together. No support or dual color extrusion is required. I bought a Shimano Deore shifter (SL-M591) with an indicator display which I don't want. I still need something to prevent dirt & water ingress, so I made this. I removed the display, & while it has the tabs for holding the spare cover, it wasn't included for some reason. Adjustment gauge for Shimano 12 speed road drivetrains. Set the B-tension screw to align with the proper mark on the gauge. Useful if you don't have the Shimano original. Can be printed with a color change for the text, color the tops of the text with a marker, or just leave it all one color, although that'll be harder to judge.

I swapped my di2 to another bike, so needed to transfer the battery to a new post. 3D printer to the rescue! Simple Shimano crank cap tool inspired by the design by T70E. This one is closest to the original, and I like it because it's really small and does not take up much room in a tool box. A sturdier version of the shimano cassette remover nut. It is designed a bit smaller, so that it fits the weird shimano cassete I have. You can scale it up to roughly 104% to get the typical dimensions, for most other shimano casettes. It should be printed with the aim to get maximum layer adhesion (230°C and no part cooling) It can be used with a 10mm axle inside, Use a ring wrench (size 25mm) for qual distribution of force.
