This is a 2.35mm Cassette Spacer for 10 speed cassettes. ***NOTE*** Print this on a machine with high tolerance to get the best performance from your cassette! Printed it in PLA and it is holding up like a champ, no deformation so far but would recommend printing this in PET since it’s stronger!

a simple chain guard to fix 104bcd sprockets, this is completely toolless all you have to do is melt the pegs at the back to hold them in been using this on my mountain bike for the last month or some and it's perfect it breaks off rather than shattering and id rather print another one than by a new sprocket.

This is a simple shim/pad/foot that is 20x15 .24mm thick to be used either as first layer test. or use as a custom support single wall/ thin parts or corners that may want to curl. a little added adhesion goes a long way. Use how ever you deem necessary. If you print at .2 layer height set your first layer to 120 & it will print in one pass.

This is an adjustable shim designed to adapt mounts designed for 31.8mm bars to 22.2mm bars. Specifically this part was designed to facilitate the use of a Shimano GRX BL812 inline brake lever on a smaller 22.2mm bar. This lever also rests on the bar, which is why the shim is so long. Adapter to fit MTB bleeding kit funnels (M5) to road lever bleeding port (M7). Install a 1.5mm thick O-ring (or any other size that will seal and allow the threads to engage) on the M7 thread. Check for leaks. If you happen to break the adapter off, you should be able to extract the remaining bit using a 3mm hex key. Don't overtighten!

Adapter for Shimano 600 EX Arabesque Headsets to 36 mm open-end wrench. You need to print this adapter twice to be able to properly tighten the headset. Therefore, you also need two 36 mm wrenches. A very quick print, strong, and light tool for preloading Bottom Bracket Bearings on Shimano's Hollowtech II bottom brackets. The tool uses a standard 6mm allen key for applying torque and uses considerably less material than the standard tool. An FEA shows the minimal strain and Von Mises Stress when an exaggerated torque of 8Nm is applied.

I bent the front disc rotor on my mountain bike and when I went to replace it I didn't realise I'd need a special centre lock tool to accomplish the task. Shift levers for standard Shimano (or compatible) friction shifters ie: downtube shifters. Printed and tested on a vintage roadie with good results. Accepts standard gear cables. This is a pad spacer for hydraulic bicycle brakes. It's used for when the disk/rotor is removed and you don't want the caliper to accidentally compress. This saves you from having to reset the caliper, as well as protecting your bike while traveling. I recommend a decent fill density of 15% or more and a support structure for the best print quality. Tuned to fit as a replacement part for a Shimano roller cog (13 teeth). This is the upper cog. Original lower cog is different but I think it should work for both. Should tune parameters or scale geometry to fit such that the small steel sleeve bearing pops in but doesn't drag significantly. I already did this but could be different for your print and sleeve.

I drew this up to print on a 150mm x 220mm build plate Glue the two halves together and mount with 4 20mm x M5 screws. (I used a 4.2mm drill to open out the existing holes on the sprocket nuts then used a M5 tap)

Redisigned Bleed Cup for bleeding Hydraulic Shimano Brakes. Print does not need Supports (max overhang 50 deg) and walls are optimized for 0.4mm Nozzle size. This Cup has M5x0.8mm thread and standard Plunger Stick can be used. Light filament color is suggested so you can see better the possible impurities and oil level when changing oil and making the brake bleeding.

Hi, my brake fluid reservoir covers disintegrated, so I spent a day making a 3d printed ones. The M355 lid already on Thingyverse leaked as its made for injection molding, not 3d printing.
