I lost the little rubber cap to the bleed nipple and I couldn't really find them to buy, so I just modeled one up quick. The taper allows you to push it in and it sticks pretty good.

Handy little battery cap to cover the connector pins during transport. The cap is a snug fit, however I've used a little Shoe Goo (rubber glue) around the outside to prevent vibrations shaking it free.

2 parts: -the washer should be printed from stiff plastic (petg, pla) -the seal is from flexible very snug fit, make sure you printer is dialed in 1) break away the stock plastic washer that regulates free stroke (you wont be able to remove it's pin anyway) before fitting in the new washer 2) polish out any scratches and clean internals before the assembly 3) probably you will need to cut the seal with a razor in order the plunger to make through the hole 4) make sure the hole in the seal is...

Needed the tool that screws off the crank arm cap for a Shimano SLX crankset, so instead of dropping between $10 and $20 for a tool I decided to make one. Snapped a top down pic of the cap, modeled the inner splines in Fusion 360 and went from there. Works like a charm! Save yourself some money - there are plenty of other mountain bike parts to spend it on haha!

A clamp and barb insertion tool for quick and hassle-free shortening of Shimano brake hoses. Keeps the hose in place and makes it easy to insert the tiny barb into the end of the cut hose. Probably works with any other hydraulic disc brake with ~5 mm hydraulic tubing. Works fine printed in PLA.

Hi, my brake fluid reservoir covers disintegrated, so I spent a day making a 3d printed ones. They should not leak, but I haven't tested them extensively (yet). Maybe they do just a little bit. I'd love to hear from you and improve them with your feedback. I needed a Tool to remove the spindle from my SPD pedals. Shimano sells the TL-PD40 for this purpose, but I don't have a large enough wrench or the appropriate Bottom Bracket tool to turn it with. So I whipped up a version that will fit the BB tool I do own, a Park Tool BBT-9 for my Hollowtech II BB. I also added grips around the edge for easier hand turning.

Brake bleeder bucket for shimano brakes. I was too lazy to spend 5 hours printing the other designs so i designed this to screw onto a standard bottle to use as the bucket so that your valuable time is spent printing the threads and not the bucket :).

Saw another file for this tool and I decided to print it... I hated how far the drive was from the area of torquing. So I decided to make my own tool, this is designed to be printed with at least 7 walls and 5 top and 5 bottom layers... Ideally would print solid. My approach for printing tools like this is to print 3 versions (one at a time if you are cheap) and anneal the plastic, since it's going to shrink I would do the first one at 105% 107% and 110% and see how much your plastic shrinks....

Adapter to fit MTB bleeding kit funnels (M5) to road lever bleeding port (M7). Install a 1.5mm thick O-ring (or any other size that will seal and allow the threads to engage) on the M7 thread. Check for leaks. If you happen to break the adapter off, you should be able to extract the remaining bit using a 3mm hex key. Don't overtighten!

This a quick and dirty remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3832853 as the original, while almost perfect, did not fit on the old bike I was trying to repair. The changes I made are: - Hollowed out some more space on the inside as the mechanism needed it. - "Sunk" the screwhole so that original screw could be used. - Shaved of a 1 mm or something like that at the end as the rotating part of the handle rubbed against the cover.
