I will prepare this to be a full scale wearable stormtrooper helmet. So far i prepared the helmet and accessories. You can decide if you like to print them attached or seperate. Next step is slicing the parts to make it printable. So stay tuned i will update the files. If you want to start printig right away you will have to scale it up by 1,67 to reach a opening distanc from w:228 mm l:224 mm so it should be wearable. Update 23.12.2017: You will find the scaled and sliced helmet here....

3D Printed Stormtrooper Armor (not screen accurate). Feel free to tweak and improve these files. I printed the whole suit of armor for Halloween 2015. I scaled everything to fit me. I'm 5' 6" tall and weigh 150 pounds. I quickly created this in Sketchup when I realised I needed a small tool for shaping the mesh to go into the ends of the Hovi mic tips on a Stormtrooper helmet. Anvil part is basically a 16mm dia hole, Two tools - one at 15.5mm dia and 15mm dia supplied - use the one that works best with your mesh. To the other starwars fans out there I give to you a new order storm trooper. made in blender and cut to pieces to fit a 250x250 base with 350mm H print plate included the blender file that you can subdivide as smooth as you like or other stuff (however you will have to give it a thickness if you want to print from that (so scaling is easier) you will need to use some filler to fill some gaps (from memory......) This is only a test and WIP. I do not own a 3D printer yet so don't know how this will come out. I'm also very new at 3D modeling so constructive cristism wil be appreciated. I saw this on pictures on the net and wanted to try to make my own. This is heavily inspired by others but I did the model myself. This is the T track that covers the holes in the barrel on the E11 Sterling conversion. It's made for a 40 mm pipe build I'm doing. You'll need 6, 3 of each of two different lengths, and they need to be cut to size, bent and trimmed to fit in the end holes.

This is a thing to make easye glasses for the Stormtrooperhelmet im am currently building. The shape of the eyes doesn't allow a thin foil for glasses, because it would distort and knit the foil. So I made a inverse of the eye part with a cylinder and cut a hole in it. So it is possible to glue a thin foil on it. This fits perfectly inside the helmet. I made a Stormtrooper so you can change filament at the the correct layer to get 2 different colors. All you need for the magnet part is 2 6x3mm magnets. If printing the keychain you'll have to size it down a little. This grill was found floating in space close to the remains of the first death star. It is believed to have been the property of Pytza the Hutt, renowned chef of the death star canteen.
