I was searching for a holder for my titan extruder but i couldn't find something for just clamping the extruder on the frame. I have a Titan Direct Drive and a V6 Hot-end. The Titan is designed to have the V6 mounted directly in direct drive box. the clone V6 has a screw in adapter for the Bowden tube. This trinket takes the place of that. It still needs some refining. SUPER tight. like deform the part trying to get it in tight. (oh the jokes)

I wanted to mount the Filament sensor on my CR-10V3 printer nicely and practically and have strain relief for the wires. This is my solution to the problem. One problem is that if the roll is full, it is not possible to print things higher than ~350mm if you use the stock Filament holder. You will need a 10mm long M3 bolt and a nutt.

I had trouble printing TPU Material it spit out the filament on the back of the extruder So I designed this replacement Filament Guide 1.75R It is higher and tighter towards both the drive wheel and the running wheel as well as smaller hole for the filament. It does the trick for my CR-10 V3 I can now print TPU filament without any problems.

Mount and Cooling Duct for a Titan Extruder with V6 Hotend on an ADIMLab Gantry printer. You will need a longer belt on the X-Axis to install this mount. Print the Mount with Supports all around. The Cooling duct should also be printed with supports from the bed only. Will want to print these with probably at least 4 perimeters, 4 top/bottom layers and at least 40% infill as they are structural. I would recommend PETG but PLA should work as well.

I was trying to find a universal cooling fan duct and mount for the E3D, which can just mount on the off the shelf 30mm Radiator fan bracket. Was not able to find one so built it. The fan fits in nicely, you may need to find some long screws to mount the holder and the fan bracket.

**** Update Final Tweaks 13/04/20 After trying 3 other design that all fails within some days or weeks, I created my own extruder lever based on the original that came with my Tevo Tornado Gold. Now it is supposed to be strong and last forever .. I printed it on its side, with 15 wall line count so there's no ''infill'' but it is completely solid. Wait and see ..

This is the necessary support to transform your Tevo Tornando with extruder Titan in direct drive. 4 holes are required in the aluminum body. I found myself in the circumstance of designing this piece with priority, since it stopped a mass production. Design based on the damaged original part with some improvements for its correct operation. The design adjusts to the pressure, I recommend sanding the holes a little, but do not lose that pressure so that it holds the components it carries well. Below I will attach some images that show in detail that it had to vary in order for this piece to fit the version of the printer I have....

The Megalopolis is a revision of my earlier "titan extruder body remix" and and uses a TEVO TITAN kit for the upper portion of the parts. I wanted something that had a solid chassis that all the components branched from, a deflector to divert the extruder fan air from effecting the print, and also added parts for BLtouch Smart 1.3. Megalopolis uses all the same hardware from the titan extruder remix, and a few more M3 bolts are needed for BLtouch and Deflector cover [listed below]....
