This is the necessary support to transform your Tevo Tornando with extruder Titan in direct drive. 4 holes are required in the aluminum body. A small bowden tube is left to connect the extruder to the heat sink. The distance between bowden connectors is 10mm. You to leave an extra 10-20mm above and bellow to be inserted into heat sink and extruder. The step file is available in case you want to remix. I designed this in Fusion 360 so I could mount a Titan Aero extruder on my Cetus3D MkII extended printer. I had a few design goals for this: 1) Tip of nozzle would remain is stock location (achieved within a millimeter or so) 2) Light as possible (Plastic creeps, so lighter is better) 3) Inductive probe is mounted as close to nozzle centerline as possible 4) Adjusting inductive probe height or removing it would be simple and quick Overall, I am happy with the design. Thanks to phili76 for original design (and big ups for providing STEP files), unfortunately center hole for some of the steppers I have here were little too tight. I've simply increased centre hole (by 2mm in diameter) to 24mm to accommodate these motors.
