New speed signs and lower speed limits are the topics at a media conference at Drayton Street and West 35th Street this morning in Savannah. The City has lowered the speed limit for most of Drayton and Whitaker Streets and placed four RADAR signs which signals the speed which the vehicle is moving (unless it's more than five miles over the limit then it says, "Slow Down").
