So I purchased an EZABL sensor recently for my alfawise U10. I have one already with my CR-10. With it I had purchased solid bed mounts to use with it since I don't need the springs anymore. So I purchase these round spacers: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FGA9D98/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And I did a basic design to fit them in to use as the bed spacers. I would recommend using ABS since it will be right with the heated bed. Enjoy!

As all owners of the Alfawise U10 know, part cooling on this particular printer is not the best. It works, but thats about all you can say of it, the standard cooling is to open and not directed to where the cooling needs to be, special as there are also vent holes in the housing to release the hot air that comes from the hot end cooling. You need to print this for use the capacitive sensor (LJC18A3-H-Z/BX - diameter 18mm) and the radial fan. The capacitive sensor and the radial fan are very important for Alfawise U10. Alfawise U10 extruder doesn't have a duct for the air and the default fan doesn't blow air to the plate. The capacitive sensor is very important to add to your 3r printers because the bed is very big and the leveling is very difficult. The supports are required only for the sensor part.

Since I don't like the "X endstop" (microswitch) position of the U10, installed n the X carriage, i designed an adapter to put the microswitch in the same position of the "CR-10". The actuator is calculated to have the same home position of the nozzle. If you use the original "CR-10" carriage in your U10 you must use the second adapter without the actuator, the microswitch will be activated from the left edge of the carriage, like in my photo....

One of the critical points of the Alfawise U10 is the swing of the bed during its movement, because the leveling system is poorly designed, so I create an adapter that would make the bed more stable. Quick Update, i desigend a version 2 which has tighter tollerances around the hobbed gear. It's literally a perfect fit on mine with ABS so should work fine with PLA :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FL2EYUyB99U This is a little extra addon to be attached to the Alfawise U10 extruder (Inner Part) as i was having trouble printing with flexibles. The same part is found on the Alfawise U20 so i simply copied the design. This is Version 1, so will eventually improve it to have tighter tollerances....

I want to install a second endstop in the Z2 motor, using the "E1" motor stepper (require another driver), and connecting it to the "YMAX" port that is free on the board. Iin this way I will have the bed always leveled on both X sides during the Z home. Hey, I had a problem with the stock Alfawise U10 spool holder because it doesn't fit to all spool sizes. It was the cause of making the custom "all spool" adapter. Easy to make. Easy to print. I think that it's very usefull.

Hallo Leute. Das ist meine Zugentlastung für den Alfawise U10. Um das ganze nutzen zu können müssen die Kabel umgelötet werden. Kurz um muss man die Kabel um 180 Grad drehen und neu anlöten. Die Zugentlastung habe ich aus PETG gedruckt. Ist auch das mindeste das ich empfehle. Ob ABS wirklich nötig ist muss jeder selbst wissen. This mod incorporates 2 separate, enlarged plenums with a balance port in between. The balanced port adjusts the positive pressure within each duct to produce a balanced airflow from each out-port.
