I was not happy with the Anet A8 y belt tensioner that comes from the factory, so I designed a new one. The design parameters were: 1) It should be mounted on the front beam, using the existing holes 2) It should be adjusted from both sides rather than using an adjustable angle tensioner This is the result, and It really works. Hi, i loved the FrazerMaker design to whom go all the plause, but i needed to use different magnets and I wanted to have a safer support for the fan. I added two pins so they support and align the fan while magnets are needed just to keep the pieces attached. I used 4x2 round magnets. Pins and magnet pokets have a 0.1mm tolerance, so they should fit nicely. You can eventually need a drop of glue to keep magnets in. Don't want to redesign your spool holder just yet? Great, this is the file for you. Two of these prints are required and they snap into the center hole of a filament spool. The print moves the axis of rotation away from the edge of the spool and towards the center. This allows for easier rotation and less strain on the extruder. I'm not sure if spool sizes are universal so I will note that this one was designed around the diameter of an inland PLA spool

A button top for the Anet style push buttons. There is a round button, plain hexagonal and hexagonal stop buttons for download. I have also included the core button connector, so that you can design your own buttons. It has a split ring on the back so that it can flex and grip onto the buttons. This works for my Anet A6 and I believe it should work for the A8 and other Anet printers (it fits onto a button approx 6mm wide).

I made these because the Z axis bearing guide rods (smooth rods) are not aligned correctly and the more you stiffen the frame the more likely things will bind. These require 4 x 20mm M4 bolts to adjust the alignment. The parts should fit together straight off the printer other than the holes for the bearing guide rods that are intentionally slightly undersize so that you can enlarge for a perfect fit on the rods.
