I've decided to prusify my Anet A6 printer. I've decided to change my x-axis to be just like in original Prusa(there is no better solution obviously). But in order to do that I had to also modify my z-axis, because distance between smooth rod and threaded rod are different. I'm calling this a remix even though I redesigned this from scratch. I like the design but wanted to make some changes. I used "The Warthog" as a guideline for measurements, etc. I found that the inner parts tend to sag a lot and this will disrupt the airflow. I wanted a direct drive light weight carriage for the Anet A6 which took advantage of the E3D titan extruder, with it's light weight and ability to print flexible filaments. This uses the smaller and lighter pancake motor. I designed this in Fusion 360. There are mounts for a either a Tronxy blue cube inductive sensor or the Bltouch. This is a anti dust cover for the Anet A6's Z axis stepper motors, I hope you like it. Maybe you have to adjust after the printing process the part a little bit if it does not fit. I remixed this new nozzle from my favorite part cooling nozzle so that it will work with my Multi-Fan-Mount and a 75mmx15mm blower fan like this one from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZWAH1T6/ These fans are both more powerful and quieter than the stock 50mm part cooling fan, run at lower fan speeds for even less noise, or cool the ever-loving &^%#$% out of that freshly-laid filament. Might be useful if you print with something silly like a .8mm or 1mm nozzle =)

I installed an x belt tensioner and i noticed the back of the x stepper bending away from the carriage due to the added tension. This brace prevents that and keeps the stepper in place, so the x belt stays aligned with the stepper teeth.

The cap prevents the noised rattling of Z-screw in the big diameter hole in the hard acrylic plate. I printed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350276 but everything was too small for my springs and wing nuts. So copying this design I made my own to fit. When I put the spring holder on both the top and bottom of the spring I had to add the ZAxis spacer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3001758) because the bed ended up being too high.

LED light bar that fits the Anet A6 3d printer. Various LED Brackets with different angles are available. The greater the angle the more light is send to the print nozzle but can also blind you more. This is a bracket to support a self-leveling sensor for the ANET A6. It is designed with a reinforcement that is screwed to one of the points of the fan for greater stability, I have printed and verified it works even with a glass of 2mm in the bed. This is a rotated and reworked version of elaguila45 bracket.

Ich habe den Original Z Endstop von b03tz -> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2421838 in benutzung. Dieser hat jedoch das Problem, dass sich bei den "verstellbaren Schrauben" die seitenteile nach außen gebogen haben und das er für mein setup zu kurz war. Etwas länger (4cm) und die seitenteile dicker.
