A tribute to Bite Force, one of the top Battlebots of all time. I have included the STEP and F3D files so you can change up anything you like. Hex standoffs were 6/32 thread, .5" long. Motors are Servo City N20. Weapon motor and most other items are from FIngerTech Robotics.

This is my antweight (1lb) combat robot, "Blue Screen of Death". This is Version 2.0, which features a number of refinements over the original (version 1.0 is shown pictured with my hand). This bot is designed to be machined on a CNC mill, although obviously you could print the parts on a 3D printer. However, the weapon system is designed to work with a support bearing, which will require you to modify (machine) the weapon motor. And, the weapon itself is machined from aluminum. You...

150 gram(ish) battlebot. (Fleaweight for America, Antweight for the rest of the world) We've been LOVING our flippers and my 8-year-old son is getting VERY good at strategy with them. My 10-year-old daughter really wanted a horizontal grabber. I thought, if we're going to grab them, we should pick them up. I wasn't finding any great models out there for horizontal grabbers. (I found some awesome bots in videos, but no models.) I am an engineer, so I thought, if I'm going to design something,...

Summary This is a design that the team from MACRObots helped me put together. http://macrobot.us/ The larger wedge (printed in PLA+) works great in the plastic ant division (got 4th at Battle in the Backwoods June 2021 and that was only because the wedge got stuck in the crease between the kick panel and the floor) The smaller wedge (printed in Nylon-CF) was used for the full combat 1lb division. Materials/Electronics 1 5A Brushed Dual ESC Controller...

A horizontal spinner type combat robot in the "Antweight" category (150 grams). The previous version was with a vertical drum - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3972258 All parts are printed by PLA plastic, the body with a filling of 30%, the blade - 75%. If you take the same shape of the blade and its length, and cut it out of steel plate 1 mm thick, then it will weigh as much as plastic, and the bot will still fit into the weight limits. I used motors at 500 rpm and with them...

A solid entry level antweight (150g) combat robot. Comes with two bodies - one with a scoop to get under other robots wheels, and one as a simple pusher. Use as in for a non-destructive / plastic league, or add a metal sheet in front of the arms and push spinners into pits in a combat league. Great build for beginners as it is both light, and had a big open cavity to put all the electrics and motors in. The front arms make this a bit bit for a UK bot, but you could trim as needed. Has mounts...

This is a 1mm thickness motor mount for the Turnigy D1306-4000KV 11.5g Brushless Motor. It is deliberately thin walled to allow it to be built into antweight combat robot designs quickly and easily. There is also a lot in the edge wall to allow the control wires to easily be located. Motor specs are here: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/brushless-motor-d1306-4000kv-ccw.html Infil was 30% to test, could be any infil required, up to solid.

LowMow Under Cutter Antweight. ================== This was made as a CNC robot out of UHMWPE for strength as shown in the photos. However if printed in NylonX or similar this would still be highly competitive. You'd need to thicken parts in order for this to not destroy itself in other printed materials. This is a weapon module designed for use in an 150g antweight robot. This lets a cheap 9g servo power a visually effective axe that has greater speed and travel and can also better be used for self righting. This is designed as something for newcomers or people building easy demo bots for your kids. You are able to bolt this to any flat plate, either printed or using traditional building methods (Polycarbonate, aluminum, hdpe sheet etc) It is all held together with m3 bolts, save the servo...

My 8-year-old son had become nearly unbeatable with Hugsey (horizontal grabber lifter). I saw a video of the 150g Esper and thought "A plow like that would really help the flipper take on Hugsey, and other bots." So I hacked together this plow as a proof-of-concept, which required some editing of the chassis. In theory, at some point we'll do a much cleaner design ;)

Suplex Robot. This is a 150g combat robot., This is a varation on my Flipper with most parts interchangeable between the two. I'm attaching the .STEP file as well for those who want to edit. As well as a 3D PDF to reference the assembly. Very simple build that doesn't require extra tools. Wedges can be printed or cut out of sturdy material. 0.5mm Titanium is ideal. But Plexi/Acrylic also works as well. Printed wedges work fine if you're just flipping things around the house. Assembly tricks: I...

Three versions of a bracket for an N20 motor. - no mounting, so it can be added into a larger design. - with mounting, so it can be printed separately and glued or screwed down. - two brackets combined. Good fit when printed in ABS, slightly too tight in PLA.

Squeezy is basically HugsEy V2. Now well underweight and quite competitive in "sportsman" (non-destructive / kid-safe) 150g robot combat. It's running a Malenki-Nano RX-TESC (Receiver-Triple ESC combo), 30:1 N20 motors, a KST DS215MG servo, some old XMod wheels and tires, and 300mah batteries. We saved significant weight gluing the claws to the arms. Even at 2 perimeters and full honeycomb the arms are WAY stronger than necessary for 150g non-destructive competition. The Malenki-Nano...

When you ask a six-year-old girl what type of tiny battlebot she wants, you should be ready to make her a crown spinner with hearts and flowers ;) So here it is, a low-speed, all plastic and not-too-sharp, full-body spinner. The Battlebot named Flowers :) I used a TPU wheel made to go on the N20 motors as a hub for the spinner. My hope is that it protects the motor and anyone that grabbed the crown while it was spinning. I completely redesigned the body to make it much more durable and capable. The bot still uses a brushless 2204 motor. I think a 2205 will also work. I still have some work to do on the weapon holder to help it spin better, but it works. The drive system is like my other fairyweight bots using small motors instead of the servos in my original Amazon Home Depot bot. All of the parts can still come from Amazon or Home Depot. ;) Amazon OrangeRx R610 V2: https://amzn.to/2PKfDu4 Or Flysky receiver...

Components: 2x FS90R servos 1x MG90S servo 1x TGY- iA6 receiver 1x 3.7v lipo battery Instructions: insert the battery first, then the receiver as shown in the image. Insert the two FS90R servos in place making sure that the axle is closer to the back of the robot. Insert the MG90S servo ontop of the FS90R servo. You can use it as it is or you can design your own flipper to attach to...

Wheels for ant weight Battle Bot, I have made these to use on my antweight battlebot so that they have a locking nut and they hold on nice and tightly Using a m3 nut and bolt. I have found that 18mm foam strips from clark rubber works really well. but you can stick on whatever you believe will work best. for best printing you will need to print it with good quality otherwise you will have trouble pushing the nut in place. this can be quite difficult however just keep trying to push it in using...

This is a re-mix of a 150g Antweight Bot from earthwormjim, keeping his beautiful design and upping it from 150g to 1 pound. I only have a tiny monoprice mini, with a 120x120 bed, so the body had to be broken up into 3 parts. adds to the fun! thrown into this is an option for a self right hinged lid. Its funky, but "should" work. Electronics I crammed in there: Esc = DasMikro Duel (http://tinyurl.com/ybvkxqxj) RX= Hobby King 6 channel to work with the entry level Hobby King HK-T6A...

Note This is one of my first projects, and while it does work, it is NOT an easy build. Found here are all the files for printing a one pound "antweight" combat robot. These files are specifically for the all plastic version, used in the 3d printing friendly "Plastic Ant" class our local robot fighting club has started. For that version, I use eSun PLA Pro which is perfect for this sort of thing. I also have a standard ant version with a metal blade and I used nylon instead...

powermove is a 150g battlebot with a angled front spinner that needs to be custom made to fit. the wheels i linked might be to big for the spinner so it might be better to use your own. but the wheels need to be thin enough to fit. optionally you could use a small caster, but it would weigh a lot. the parts will need to be held in by adhesives like duct tape. parts needed...

This is a project of a combat bot weighing 150 grams (actually more = D). To reduce weight, you need to use a smaller engine and a lighter drum. You also need to use a miniature receiver, a battery of lower capacity and more compact regulators. Build Video in English: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mFZnUfFceo in Russian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13UjobReqhA Parts List: Flysky I6.Choose the version with the FS2A receiver - http://ali.pub/3xiahi 2x regulators for collector motors -...
