This Thing is a Work-In-Progress - not tested The Mini Mill is a self-designed low cost, light duty engraving and PCB milling CNC desktop machine (currently in the design and testing phase). Cable clip for stepcraft cnc mill. In my case the stepcraft 600 (cable length). Made this to combine the cable of the Zmotor, HF 500W Spindle and the hose for the air lubricated spindle bearings. 22-11-2014: Added more clips. This very simple part is originally designed for a simple demo on a CNC Mill to quickly cut a cube with a trapped moving part inside, with only one circular cut on each cube face. But it can also be easily 3D printed with some material supports. Designed from memories of my mechanical engineering studies 16 years ago, where the gcode for this thing was preloaded in the classroom industrial CNC Mill. It should be scaled to any size without any issue.

My original broke so I modeled this up as a replacement. I used bearings I had so the design reflects this. I know the radial bearings on the lower part of the slide area are not used properly but more as a guide because I didn't have the longer slide bearings. That said, this works quite well. This was design to work with a Dremel 300 Series not the 3000.

I didn't have any O-rings of the correct size so I decided to print some out of TPU. I also designed a V-Belt with the same 1.75mm thickness as the O-rings. They seem to run just a bit smoother and have less slip than the O-Rings. You need a printer capable of printing TPU. I use the SeeMeCNC EZR Extruder on my Ender 3.

This is a remix of Jani51`s remix of liquidhandwash. jani51 has no files, so i made these files so you can print and cut. The plexi has been cut on a K40, making it A4. The CNC use 12mm and 8 mm rod. You can extract the svg file in 123Design and print in 3D, but you will need a A4 bed... These are some hand wheels for T8 rods. They imitate the functionality of real lathe and mill hand wheels as they automatically disengage. I have added all the components for a hand wheel with the diameter = 40 mm. The screw holes are 3.5mm so a M4 screw can be force threaded into them but a tap would work better.
