Remixed the really nice Captain Marvel ear saver by funbobby2001. Imported into Fusion 360, and rebuilt it with a number of modifications and segments for multi-material printing and optimized for 0.44 mm extrusion width to reduce need for gap fill. Printed it using Mosaic Manufacturing Palette 2S Pro to a Creatbot F430. You can see a lot of stringing in the pic of my first print. I wanted to print some Ear Savers for medical staff (or anyone who has to wear a face mask), on my smaller printer, which is less than 120mm wide. Almost all the models are too big and I didn't like the ones I did find. This one prints fast. I can print 4 of these on my Monoprice Select Mini in under 45 minutes, at 0.4 mm line width. Here is a larger version of my fast printing Ear Saver. Designed for speed of printing and strength. Tested to over 30 lbs force before breaking with PLA. These take 15 minutes each on my Ender 3 printer at 0.2 layer height and three walls at 0.4 mm line width.
