The casefeeder adapter provided with the conversion kit has a cutout that it way too tall and the second case in the feed tube was slipping over the first and falling out. This version has a cutout that is the proper height.

This is part based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2809150 but redesigned from scratch for better fit and for 3D Printers (no aluminium required). Use PETG or better. You should use spring and ball or screw with rounded head as a lock mechanism (see post print photos). IMPORTANT: in some cases you have to readjust black arm (safe rod guide). just loosen black screw and pull arm anticlockwise a little. --- BTW. This print replaces the Dillon XL650 primer catcher with a hose adapter. The inner diameter has been made large enough that if two primers were to drop at the same time that they can't bind and block up the tube. I use a clear vinyl tube with an inner diameter of 13 mm (approximately 0.5 inch). I've made a lid adapter as well (untested). Replacement part for Dillon XL650 Press. Reinforced with thicker walls. Locking lug for secure installation (insert & rotate to lock). Can be used as a temporary replacement for the genuine Delrin powder bar reset bushing, but probably not a permanent fix. Printed in both PLA and PETG so far, and ran 100 rounds through using it and seems to work fine.

Wall mounted tool holder for Dillon 650. Holds all the conversion parts needed for each caliber. Edited on 30-Oct-17 to a newer version I redesigned using 123D. This new design is slightly smaller to use less material, and features rounded edges.

This is a simple little tool I use to stop my casefeeder on my Dillon 650 from dropping a case each time I work the handle. Along with the primer stop, it comes in handy during setup and adjustment. The little peg on it is for storing it nearby when not in use. See photos.

Pretty easy to make. Uses an M4 Nut and Screw to add tension holding onto the shell plate bolt. Replaces or upgrades your XL650 Case Ejector wire/spring whatever. Took measurements of the Shell Plate Bolt head, then eye balled the distances on the ejector wire to come up with the 3d printed part. Enjoy

This tool holder replaces the spacer on the casefeeder tube and is slotted to reuse the exiting bolt. It fits on the upper bolt. It holds all the standard tools included in the Dillon XL650 Bench tool set. It is built to positively index the allen wrenches and prevent them from spinning. I wanted to add a round counter to my Dillon 650 reloading press. Ideally this would only be to count rounds going through the 5th station, but this was the compromise to not having wires hanging off of the tool holder. This is a simple, cheap counter purchased off ebay that I have located in the bottom of the case feeder housing. I also used a cheap buck converter to supply voltage to the counter. So all of the electronics probably cost 10-15 bucks. The switch mounts in tandem with the shell...

Dillon Powder Drop Seperator This sits on top of the Dillon powder drop. When pulling bullets it will allow you to easily separate projectiles out of the items. This version allows for the Dillon lid to be set on top of the powder drop when not in use.

This rack measures 2.5" wide and 8" tall. It has threaded holes that are labeled for the 5 common Dillon XL650/XL750 casefeed body bushings. It also has holes for 8 powder funnels. The alignment tool shown also fits. Decapping pins fit in the 5 lower holes and there is a little pocket in the lowermost position to hold miscellaneous small parts. I used a casefeed body bushing heated a bit to tune up the threads, I may modify it later to remove threads and be press fit. See more info...

Not really a remix as its a complete redesign, but the inspiration was gathered from the other part. Made to do the same thing by stopping the case feed lever. Holes on the sides allow for storage on the large bolt nearby.

This is modeled after a Glock 26 and dimensionally is very close. I printed it with the slide down in HattchBox Black PLA. This one uses a mount that replaces the half moon spacer washer on the casefeed tube and the pistol slides in place when needed. These are tool head holders for wall mounting. I made these as an alternative for the slide in ones. These are easier to print as well. Works with the XL650/750 Tool heads. I made the screw holes to work with the 50lb plastic anchors screws from homedepot or lowes. (E-Z Ancor #25350) I'm using a 0.6 Nozzle and print time is about 3.5hrs per print. So I would not have to disassemble the clutch on my large pistol plate to install the washer when loading 300 blackout, I designed a spacer that would raise the large pistol plate. Just put it on the underside of the large pistol plate and place on the case feeder. I designed it for a 1/4 inch rise. I made it tight so it would not be loose when installed on the large pistol plate. I had to file the sides down some so it would fit. That way the only slop is where it fits on the case feeder....

Dillon powder die and nut. Probably wouldn't use it for the powder drop, but it works well with the powder check as long as it's adjusted properly. Might break if it hard stops. Leave some room in the spring lever.
