Fix the broken plastic linkage in the passenger lock. This was part of the BMW OEM Lock Repair Kit (51219061345), but that product is NLA. This can be used to repair the lock/unlock function if one of the ears is broken off the original plastic piece.

I've got several of these Kwikset smart door locks around my house for a number of years. They generally work pretty well but the summer months can play havoc with them. During summer the 70%+ humidity swells doors, frames etc and can cause the bolt to bind. Adjusting the strike plates only reverses the problem when the humidity goes down in the cooler months. Well the lock doesn't know the difference when it's super humid and it's binding up so it just tries to ram the deadbolt anyway. This...

Our Campervan is a Mercedes 207 D built in 1980. The doors can normally be locked from the inside by using a red knob. Unfortunately only one of these knobs was left in our van and they are pretty hard to get. So I took the one I had, used a calliper and designed the part for my needs in Fusion360. It is slightly bigger than the original part but it fits nicely and we finally can lock all doors again :) I used M5 30 metalscrews to connect the knobs with the locks.

The washer on the inside of my front door was broken so i remade a new one. Originaly this is just a smal metall spacer whit a stering hole for the 8x2mm rod thats goes thought the doorfrom the keylock to the manuall lock. This snaprs right on common inside locks. (bad english)

This is my project of secure door lock wifi enabled, it gets the Uid of the tag see if it has on memory then if it is true it sends via wifi to another arduino on the network that then enables the lock, servo or whatever action riquired in order to open the doorlock, i still far from finnished and i do not printed yet i i´ved got no time yet to expend time on this project so like i see that is not so many material online for this small rc522 opensource boards i try to share what i have done...

The clip on the inside door handle of my Fiat 500 broke. I decided to make a replacement myself. It works well, so far the door opens perfectly with the part. Sliding door lock pin, I printed it in PLA and ABS but it seems Nylon is the answer as it is less flexible, this model is ideal should you wish to create a silicone negative negative to create wax positive for aluminum casting, I have tested the model for its intended purpose, it was a perfect fit, it is just a material strength issue.
