Nice inlaid coaster. 101.60mm x 101.60mm x 3.17mm or 4" x 4" x 1/8" Printed well just make sure you have your glue or adhesion material completely under the print as the corners are very thin and will curl if you don't have good adhesion. Also you must trim the bottom of the (Shield and weapon inlay) pieces only the sword handle and the axe handle and axe head need attention the shield and Sword blade fit perfectly, then super glue them into the coaster.

A friend of mine is a big KTM fan. For this reason I have designed him for Christmas KTM coasters. Because I wanted to have a flat resting surface for the drink, I have decided on a two-part solution without color change. The lower part I have printed in black. For the upper one I took the Prusa orange, which is quite similar to the KTM orange. I glued the logo with two-component glue in. I used PETG for the coasters but PLA should work as well.

This is just a simple coaster. My son likes Hashibira Inosuke from the Demon Slayer Anime so I made him this coaster using a DXF export from a sticker i made for him. . It is 105mm in diameter (about 4-1/8") I believe that due to the fine detail and my use of a larger nozzle size it has a much less smooth top. This is just a simple coaster I made for my son who loves Koala bears. It is 105mm in diameter (about 4-1/8") I believe that due to the fine detail and my use of a larger nozzle size it has a much less smooth top. If anyone has any different idea as to why it didn't do the top layer in a complete cover pass I am all ears. I am using Simplify3D with a 0.50mm nozzle. You could try printing it face down for a super smooth appearance. My son already has been using it before I took the pictures...

Although there are some great coaster designs out there, I couldn't find anything simple yet practical, so I made one myself. This coaster is almost as simple as it can get, but still serves its purpose efficiently with a lowered brim around the drink holder to catch any condensation coming from your vessel of choice, as well as a raised brim to prevent it from sliding off the coaster. I realized after uploading the slimmer version of this that the condensation from most glasses/beverage containers might be a bit too much for such a slim design.
