I didn't have issue with the regular straight ear saver until I had to wear a mask all day, then I found that the top of the ear loop was digging into the top of my ears. Because if you don't have long hair, the body of the ear saver would naturally settle in the base of the skull-neck area. So I designed this one with a higher ear relief. Printed in TPU for comfort, although PLA & PETG can be heated to contour. Also this one is 150mm wide, so resize by scaling with your slicer for best fit.

I use TPU for comfort. PLA or PETG can be used If you really want to keep the mask tight to the face. There are 2 versions, one is the full school logo, It is has a lot of detail and may not slice very well. The other is just Athena's Helmet and should slice with no difficulty.

My wife’s simple earsaver kept sliding down because she has silky hair and they are designed to go at the back of the head not the crown, so I designed this fitted shape so it won’t move. This is ear saver for releasing a strain to ears by wearing a face mask due to coronavirus. It's easy to put on and off. It prints vertically (unlike most of others I've seen), without any supports. It can be printed in vase mode (with nozzle 0.4mm). You can stack a bunch of them on most print beds due to small "footprint". Be careful though, it can quite easily detache from print bed if adhesion is not good enough and if you don't use any brim etc. It's tested by nurses and they like...

Remixed the Source to include room for a ponytail to go through the middle easily. The size of this reduces the number you can print on one run, but it was requested by some local nurses. They love it and basically left it on their head all day - even when not having to wear a mask. It made it so much easier for them and kept it in a consistent spot on their heads. The original works great... this just meets a need locally. Thanks to the original author @namadori !

This is a quick remix of a very nice face mask strap ear saver. I removed the center section with lettering. This provides a quicker print and uses about 15% less material. .6mm lines, 2 walls, .2mm layers prints in ~20 minutes and uses ~3g or 1meter of filament
