This is a very simple earsaver, for use with face masks with two elastic bands. I had the problem that many face masks were not tight enough, so they moved up or down while talking. This earsaver connects the to elastic bands behind your head. It can be printed without supports. It works very well for me!

Remixed the really nice Captain Marvel ear saver by funbobby2001. Imported into Fusion 360, and rebuilt it with a number of modifications and segments for multi-material printing and optimized for 0.44 mm extrusion width to reduce need for gap fill. Printed it using Mosaic Manufacturing Palette 2S Pro to a Creatbot F430. You can see a lot of stringing in the pic of my first print. The Mosaic Canvas software path planning is a little annoying, as it doesn't do a good job at minimizing crossing...

This is my second attempt at an Earsaver, this time using a print in place chain approach. It is a bit thicker than most earsaver designs so will take a little longer to print. But it does fold up very small to easily put away when not in use. Took me just under 2 hours to print using multi-color printing with a purge tower. Can be printed with a single color. Both files should be easy to align in most slicers.

Original design for an Ear saver. Prints with dual color in less than an hour. Can also be done with a single color filament. The dot's in the corners of the file are for alignment of the two files used in multi-color printing. It should be very easy to align the parts in any slicer software. 0.2 mm 100% Infill PLA

A very simple double-sided hook that can be used to attach an elastic hairband (or a knotted loop of approx. 3mm thick elastic cord if you need it longer) to the earloops of a mask. This will relieve the strain from your ears. Works exceptionally well if you have a pony tail or man bun haircut (now we finally know what it's for..). Optimised for 0.4mm or 0.8mm nozzle diameter. PLA works fine. Prints without supports in approx 10min (2x). Obviously.

Earsavers with EVE Online faction logos in the middle. Each logo comes in two formats, a 15cm/6in one and a 21cm/8in one. ORE and Blood raiders didn't really work in this format, and I refuse to acknowledge both Mordu's Legion and Edencom as proper factions for political reasons. I don't plan on doing more, but if you want to make your own I could make a short tutorial about their creation process. All logos used belong to CCPGames, I'm not making a cent off this, yada yada.

Print two and connect them with a hairband. Hook the ear loop from the mask on the ear saver. It's better when you wear the mask, the ear loop goes above the ear, as shown on the image, so that the mask doesn't slide down. This will help you from the torturous pain applied on the back of you ears and the hair band helps fit different sizes of people. If too loose, you can tie the hairband in the middle to tighten the tension.

Se ha diseñado este salvaorejas con el fin de donarlos a protectoras de animales y que puedan cambiarlos o venderlos para conseguir recursos para los animales de su CPA (perros, gatos...) como de Santuario. Está prohibida su venta salvo por organismos destinados a tal fin. Muchas gracias :) El modelo se puede escalar, está a 20 cm de largo y la separación está pensada para las mascarillas de goma ancha.

This is an earsaver I modeled using components from JoshuaStellar's thing found here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:3307785 I used his puzzle piece model and comprised the models included here to create a few simple earsavers that express Autism Awareness. Each model has pieces raised for easy coloring or multifilament layering. The pieces are offset by 1mm and should make for a fun little fundraiser item given they were printed in a media that lends itself to painting (such as PLA, ABS, or PETG),...

(Very quick to print) This is a hook that will hold your mask onto your neck instead of on your ears. Do your ears hurt from wearing your mask for long periods of time? Well this will prevent that from happening. Print one at 0.2 resolution, 20% infill and print speed at 65mm/s and it will take (12 minutes)
