I tried designing a single piece whistle, about an inch long and a quarter inch diameter. Has a little hole in it for using as a keychain whistle or zipper pull. You may need to pass a razor over the blade of the whistle to get a clean sound, but it should work right off the printer.

I liked the original remix by Rodney, but it was "quite pointy in parts" so I rounded it off a bit. It is now more comfortable in the pocket and works just the same. This remix is not as loud as the V29 but takes up dramatically less room and functions as a sort of two in one. If you blow more gently you get a more quiet whistle like a ref whistle without the pea. If you blow harder you get an extremely loud piercing tone.

This is a remix of the loudest whistle I've found. It's a great whistle. You can print it at 50% size and it still makes sound. It's great for almost any size. I added a lip bump to aid in retention if using for a while (like a police officer directing traffic).

This is a remix of whistleblower’s whistle, used his insides to produce a small version that basically has no overhangs just as a test, thought id share if anyone wants it because its almost as loud as original (original is better if you can manage the overhangs, just fyi) but approximately 1/3 in size :) however i used two of the same pathways so some of the original “sound effect” is lost. UPDATE 1: fixed model and added key ring hole

This is a compact yet very loud emergency whistle designed to go onto a keyring or in a backpack. It has a small hole at the back to attach to a key ring. Printed in PLA with 40% infil, using a raft for adhesion and support for the curved mouthpiece. It is important to only use support attached to the bed, as we do not want support inside the whistle itself.

My blog post about the development of this whistle. I wanted to make a quick-printing whistle that used as little plastic as possible. I'm pretty happy with this version, redesigned from the great emergency whistles by DarkAlchemist and muddtt. I removed the loop at the end, but created a hole in the whistle for putting a cord through - doubly removing plastic. Print at 0.1mm / layer for best results.
