This is an end stop holder designed from scratch but inspired by the Prusa Mendel end stop holder. It fits an M3 nut without having to force it. It includes two additional small holes to use cheap end stops without PCB more easily. Update 13 SEP 2018: Added rounded channel for the smooth rod to ease mounting.

A support for optical endstop with fine regulation. The support is designed for an omron sx4009-p1 e66 because I just had it from scratch. Unfortunally my ABS reflect the light of the emitter so I had to put a metal plate to switch off che emitter, bad to see but it works. It is composed by 2 part. I recently upgraded my z axis with a brace that lowers my bed, which in turn rendered the stock endstop mount useless.. lol. So i designed these up, which allows the z endstop to be raised (or lowered) to fit your needs. It also allows you to get rid of the z endstop screw.

Currently in the process of redesigning a few things for my Anet A8 Plus, and made this so I could adjust the endstops to help avoid collisions. It seems to clamp against the metal rods just fine, however, if you decide to use this design with carbon fiber rods, you should spray a light and thin layer of FlexSeal inside of the hole to help the piece grip the bar more firmly. My ender 5 kept hitting the carriages against the far x rail when I tried to set the bed size to 235 x 235 in Marlin. I found that the Y carriage was about 4mm short of the silver corner brackets on the far side when it hit the Y endstop. When I tried to bring it to the "0" location on the near side it would hit the silver corner bracket after about 231mm meaning that I could almost reach the full 235mm by claiming the 4mm at the back.
