NOTE: Apparently the download all button is no longer functioning on Thingiverse. So if you want to download you'll need to do each file independently. This is a dual exhaust wall mounted fitting for 2.5" duct from McMaster-Carr. (Automobile exhaust duct). McMaster-Carr p/n 5398K12 This allows for two separate ducts to attach to a single wall outlet. (I use a typical dryer outlet with an external flapper) so two 3D printers can share an exhaust outlet. This fitting has two manually...

Im working on making a full engine and all the parts for it. This is the exhaust manifold that i made for it, i love the way it looks and think you might like it too. I got the picture and idea of the design from a file on GrabCAD i came across while hoping to find the manifold i needed. As i finish the rest of the engine I'll post all the parts on here. im also planning to use it for desk decoration as well as a mock up for future projects. Hope you like it.

This exhaust adapter is meant to replace the 4" exhaust adapter that is included with the Full Spectrum Laser Muse laser cutters. The housing fits over the externally mounted fan and the holes align with the existing mounting points. I purchased a 6" inline fan to supplement the cutter with a quieter and more powerful exhaust fan. The Muse is a beautiful piece of equipment, so I didn't want to sully it with some cobbled together setup. If I have a chance to disconnect (rather than...

Asus fan router design to reduce overall head within the router. Especially good for hot weather conditions. Comes in 2 STLs, print them face down. Might improve efficiency of the wifi signal (Not the overall electrical efficiency as you are adding more moving components to the design). REQUIRES: - M3, 20mm screws for the fans, preferable 12 pieces - M1.5, 10mm screws for the side mounts, 4 pieces. Alternatively you can just use superglue. - 3x 40mm fans, ensure they are 5v as the fans will be...

I designed this to replace the thin and poorly under-designed k40 (Red and White) exhaust flange that mounts the exhaust fan to the back of the laser. Th outlet is well under the 4in diameter and fairly short, making attaching 4in exhaust duct difficult. This will not work with other style exhaust panels. This can be printed with any profile, however I chose a .8 nozzle with extra wall lines and 50% infill to add extra strength. The bolts to mount the fan, do need to be exchanged for longer...

These are replacement parts for a Teka exhaust fan (CNL-2002) from 2002/2003 that started to break some time ago an finally got unusable. There is only one lateral that just needs to be mirrored to the other side and the central part. Each piece can be used as a direct replacement of the original parts. For me, the the dimensions of the sides are just right; the central piece needs to be placed where the fixing screw exists from the inside. I re-used all three original screws without any issue,...

A simple, light and stylish (all organic and fluent and so on) adapter from 92mm fan to 100/102 exhaust tubing (PVC). It allows mount the fan to exhaust/ventilation hose. The hose is just pushed over (and can be fixed with cable ties or wire), the fan is fixed with 4 of the shelf fan screws. No rafts or support needed. Just 13 grams. I suggest PETG for a bit of flex.

In internal combustion engines, exhaust manifold plays a vital role in the improvement of fuel consumption of the engine. A good conditioned exhaust manifold increases the performance of the engine. The work is focused on improving the fuel consumption, by reducing the backpressure in the exhaust manifold, experimentally and computationally. This work comprehensively analyzes eight different models of exhaust manifold and concluded the best possible design for least fuel consumption. CFD is the...

This is a glowforge exhaust vent adapter for a 6" hose. I used this when attaching my AC Infinity S6 inline fan to my glowforge. The printed piece should press fit nicely onto the glowforge exhaust outlet, however there is also a recessed area that allows you to firmly tighten it on with a hose clamp. The hose will fit on pretty tight, so you may want to modify the 6" diameter slightly. I provided the STEP files. I also provided a flange for a 6" hose. It is the same diameter as...

This is a customizable window vent meant to attach to a 3" or 4" dryer duct. I'm using it to vent 3D-printer exhaust fumes. This is an adapter I made to allow my unused bathroom exhaust fan to act as an exhaust for my laser cutter. It is designed to be used with 4" dryer exhaust flex pipe. I live in north dakota, so having a vent out the window isnt an option in the winter. Two way tape was used to secure the object to the ceiling. I have included two files, one that fits large format printers like my FT-5, and a smaller 180X180 version that will fit most other common 3D printers, such as prusa I3 and clones....

This exhaust cover was created to keep snow and bugs from getting into my laser's air system. Also, it helps me keep the lab insulated so I don't waste energy heating up cold air blowing in through the laser in the winter, or cooling down hot air in the summer. To make the design, you'll need some 1/16" (1.5mm) steel rod (I used welding filler rod), one copy of the baffle frame, and three copies of the blades. You'll also need some metal tape to make sure the blades stay in even when the...

- Modified the original adapter to fit on a 50mm pipe (DN 50) - Added one version with a screw plate to be able to mount it to a wall - It required an additional static blade on the outlet side to break the turbulences. Without that, there is almost no suction in that setup. - I've printed the blades separately and glued it to the fan, it printed without supports good enough with a layer height of 0.16
