Hi there, first of all, all credits go to the designers. the tolerances where to big for me where they didn't snap together properly. so i changed the tolerances for the 2 strap holding thingy megingies (dont know the name lol) from 4.2 mm to 4.4 mm, the top of them from 4.6mm to 5.0 mm they now snap (atleast on my printer, a voron 2.4) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% top/bottum layers 4 (doesn't matter really) walls 3 (doesn't matter really)

Note: not the most attractive thing I've designed, but I tried to do it in a way that it's not really visible (originally I wanted to stick them to the flat outside part). Hooks that allow you to use your mask over your AirPods Max instead of your ears instead of having to take them off every time I would recommend printing them vertically with the flat part on the bed. No supports needed. As fine as you can go. Toughest part was cutting the tape to size and sticking them on.

This mask project only for experimental use. I didn't make any medical tests. In theory it has more air sealing capacity than regular surgical masks. As the Mask was killing my ears when wearing it underneat the helmet all day long I needed a helemt clip for the next day, None of the exisiting ones did fit my helmets straps so Í adjusted the angle of Renes part. The part is meant to be cliped to the rear strap on both sides of the helmet. Left and right side need different parts.

This is my version of a surgical mask holder that can be attached to the mask for no more pain at the ear. I printed with Flsun Q5, with PLA (200 °C, 60 °C) The hook allows leaving this holder to the mask avoiding losing it. Thanks a lot to Cristina for the help in the design of the object.

Minor change to the previous design. Changed the lever's angle by 10 degrees, giving it a better grab. I've been using the previous design for about a year, and it has worn out on me. I'm hoping this change will allow it to work for longer. The release is still easy with one hand. I think this change should be pushed to the other remixes of this buckle as well. There is a thin part near the button release that tends to break off. It's mostly only there for print support anyway.

I found a flexible ear saver, maybe silicone, on the ground at my local gym and thought it was a simple and clean design. I duplicated the design and printed it with TPU. Came out great. I'm sure PLA or PETG would also print just fine with your standard settings. For print settings I used my TPU profile. It's flexible, strong and comfortable. I do suggest printing it horizontal with top/bottom line directions set to [ 45, 90, 135, 90] with .18 mm layer height and 20% infill with 4 layers top...

There are two different mask adaptor designs. The aim of these designs is to create universal size. The models require no support material. I hope these designs inspires you and helps you to create better ones. Reminder, Cura 4.10.0 allows you to import files with solidworks' extensions.
