This little platform fits into a Sterilite 12.5 cup/2.9 liter container. When you put cut up watermelon into it, the excess liquid falls below the platform keeping the watermelon crisp. The model has been updated to include a fifth support in the middle of the piece. Five additional holes have been added. I would be interested in hearing about your success or failure with the new model. A couple coats of spray polyurathane are in order, so it can come clean in the dishwasher.

To make smaller basket you need one pack (five braces) of dd_0 and one dd_2 pack. To make bigger one you need one pack of dd_1 and 4 packs (20 braces) of dd_0. Allowance/overmeasure values are found from experiment so you may to change them to match for peculiarities of your printing process and regenerate STL files - variables of the primary interest are 'delta' and 'dR0'. Just because I wanted to create a bowl, I created it. The bowl is made of PETG and therefore food safe and with 1.6mm wall thickness also waterproof (tested!). It has a diameter of 200mm and is 60 mm high. _Printer settings:_ Layer height: 0.2mm Wall Line Count: 4 (1.6mm) Top Layers: 0 Bottom Layers: 5 (1mm) Speed: 40mm/s - inner wall speed = outer wall speed (so that the quality of the inner and outer wall is the same) Infill: 0% (no infill) Support: no Adhesion: Skirt

I wanted a pedestal to keep my fruit on, high enough off the tabletop. In short, I created just that; with a semi-organic structure that is. This pedestal is designed to hold fruits such as smaller apples, pears, tangerines, etc. This model can easily be scaled up for larger fruit. Yes I'm aware that the large bananas in the picture make this look rather comical ;)

What should i say? We're going to a camping trip.. huge tent, many children, little car.. And i considered that a few fruits would be good but where to keep them? That's why i designed this bowl.. it's foldable and has a side length of about 15cm, a height of about 11cm. I don't know if i can print it before our trip, it would take about 10-12 hours with my slow printer..

Here is an octagonal bowl that I designed and printed using woodfil filament, then sanded and finished with stain. It can be scaled up or down in size within your slicer depending on your needs. Print with 2 perimeters and low infill. I recommend printing at high resolution of .01 to .015mm layer height for easier finishing or for a different look, print at a very coarse layer height or wider nozzle size.
