Made to hold a micro Fpv camera on a 713maker Standard Carriage slots under stepper motor and is held in with stock 713maker screw I used the Runcam micro eagle because it's small/light and has a m12 lens I swaped it to a m12 f8.0mm for the correct zoom I have been using this setup for about 6-8 months with no problems Is being used with a servo controled video Switcher for programed/macro multi feed goodness Comments or questions are welcome!

I got tired of looking at the Z stepper motor and people at the office asking why it was there so I designed this cover to go over it. The back is open for ventilation and you should be able to print it without supports. It will require longer M5 bolts (M5X 10 or 12 depending on if you use washers) and you need to be using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3416825 for Z belt tensioning.

Replacement Z belt tensioner for the FT-6. You will need 2 M5X15 for the idler pulleys, 2 M3x25 bolts and nuts for the tension sliders, and 4 M5X8 bolts with nuts to mount it to the FT-6.

This is a remix of the original Folgertech FT6 Part Cooler for Dual. When I tried the original on my FT-6 the bottom of the cooler was level with the tip of the nozzle. The cooler has been raised 2.5 MM and I slotted the mounting holes to allow further adjustment.

One issue I've had with the stock spool holder on the FT-6 is that the ACM doesn't allow the spool to move as freely as it should. I designed this as an add on that you can push down on the ACM to give the spool a smooth surface to ride on preventing the edge of the ACM from digging into the spool.

I wanted something quick and easy to help keep the wires out of the way so I designed this. It mounts on one of the stepper motors and has an arm that holds up the cables and bowden tubes up out of the way.

I designed this part to replace the ACM mount for the extruder on the Y carriage so that a SN-04 sensor can be mounted with a stock stepper motor, BMG extruder and V6 hotend. Other setups may work as well, but not tested.

This is just a quick remix of a couple of parts from Blinkingsun's cable chain sustem for the FT-6. The X-chain start and support didn't fit together, so I modified the slots by a few mm so they fit together nicely now. Also, the x chain support seemed a little tall, so I shortened it up by 10mm. All other parts are not modified, so download original file, then add these to it.

I remixed the 4mm holes on the base to be slightly tighter because my M4 bolts would just spin. I also added m3 nut holes to the extruder mount to better hold the belt as my m3 bolts didn't want to grab to well their either.

Mount for Chimera hotend with three m3 holes. The hotend mount and the sensor-mount-rails would need to be glued. Make sure before glueing adjust based on the height of the sensor and the size of the spring. This mount helps maintain the height of the sensor and easily adjust the sensor.

This is all that was changed with this file, just pushed the mounting holes out by 3mm on each side for the two hot end mount. I noted the X axis belts tend to vibrate a lot which has caused variation/texture on surfaces of printed items. Part of the problem came from the idler bearings on the x axis were not perpendicular due to unbalanced forces of the belt. So the belt was riding the lip on the pulley and causing a vibration. This is a filament spool saddle made for use with sandwich board 6 mm thick. My FT-6 had spools grinding on the metal exteriors of sandwich boards, which caused plastic dust to fall onto my linear rails. Saddles have saddle bags to prevent any dust generated to be caught and contained in the saddle. This saddle will reduce friction and keep spools in place. Print in any material. No support needed.

This is a Y belt tensioner for the FT-5 and FT-6, FolgerTech machines. OEM system had the pulley crooked when tensioned. You can use the same OEM parts with either tensioner. . Both types are interchangeable on either machines. 4 mm machine screw required to adjust the unit. 4 mm screw will cut its own threads.
