Needed to convert American garden hose threads to BSP for making extension hoses for an HVLP spray system. Much faff later and there's a reasonably complete set: GHT female to 1/2 BSP female GHT female to 3/4 BSP female GHT female to 3/4 BSP male GHT male to 1/2 BSP female GHT male to 3/4 BSSP female It's only after all the above that I realised quick connect brewing fittings also fit the HVLP system and come in BSP too. However, the garden hose connectors are way less expensive even shipped...

Throwing this up here to give someone following a similar path a leg up. This is for a standard US Garden Hose. Right now it is a simple threaded cylinder with a hole for testing purposes. Hopefully I'll have time to build off this soon... __UPDATE:__ Did a quick test print with very low fill and it seems to work just fine.

I needed to run my own supply and drain hoses for an SPT countertop dishwasher, because I didn't have enough space on my countertop. The supply line is easy because it's already US Garden Hose Thread, and high-pressure water supply adapters are readily available from local hardware stores. But the drain line is a seemingly-custom 3/4" 18tpi plastic arrangement that doesn't seem to fit any off-the-shelf parts. 3/22/2014 Update :: Removed Cap with tapered nozzle -- that, as was pointed out, was another source of turbulence. I have uploaded instead a very much working 20mm nozzle with straight sides. That is the cap shown in yellow with the nice flow in the latest photos.
