To improve my new Geeetech A20M with a Raspberry Pi I've designed a new holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3470418) for the Anycubic i3 MEGA Raspberry Pi case for OctoPrint by FischC (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2754779). I had the problem to fix it at the side of one profile because I didn't even know the name "sliding block nut", so it was very difficult to search for :) That's why I've made one with FreeCAD. This part has not exactly the same size, because I've decided...

Since I have never use the screen on any of my printers I decided to replace the screen with something useful so I installed my raspberry pi and touchscreen for Octoprint so I was left with the stock holes that needed to be covered so I put them to use and made a spot to put my stylus.

This is a optimized version of the fan duct for the stock A20 fan, maybe it is suitable for the other Geeetech printers (A10, A20M, A30), if you try it let me know. It is more aerodynamic, avoids any internal turbolence and better directs the airflow towards the nozzle. It is plug and play, you won't need extra bolts *UPDATES* - external design - changed the angle of the airflow - reinforced the support - it has more clearance from the nozzle height (it sits higher) old version:...

This is a Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2984898. I opened up the back so the air could flow out the back instead of down onto the hotend. This helped the temperature fluctuations a lot from the hotend, that no amount of PID tuning could adjust for.

I know there are loads of mods available to fix the Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro B wobbly Z-Axis but I prefer to design and print my own so I thought I would share my design. I have designed a replacement i3-08 top plate with an oversized hole for the M8 threaded rod to allow it to move. If the rod is bent and the rod is not free to move at the top all the movement will happen in the middle which causes the wobble on your printed pieces. I have also designed a piece to isolate the M8 brass nut from...

This is a remix / re-design of the popular "TUSH" model by filamentry (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554). But instead of 608 bearings, it directly uses the wheels as they come off several popular printers that use V-rollers (Geeetech A10, A10M, other Tevo, Creality, etc., printers). On my printer, those were marked with 625zz for the bearings. Wheels should clip into place, no screws or anything else required. If they don't quite fit, or if they're loose, play with your...

**I have since designed a newer version of a bed clip which is better all around! Check it out here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3285066** This is a bed clip to replace the metal clips that come with some Geeetech printers. The problem is that the metal clips can cause a short circuit on the underside of the heated bed when they scratch away the paint. By using these bed clips, you eliminate the problem of short circuits. This should work on all recent Geeetech printers with a super plate...

I recently bought a geeetech prusa i3 mk8 wood (short review for those interested: brilliant printer, really cheap, quite good printing quality). While watching a video of the aluminum version of this printer, I was inspired by the bed leveling screws on it, I wanted to make the same for my wood version. The idea is that you can level the bed with a screwdriver from above, without have to fumble with the wingnuts on the underside (where my fingers definitely does not fit in). This design will...

Redesign of the Quickfit to fit on the GEEETECH A10(M), A20(M), and A30 printers. Original design was by lukie80. Dual board mounting plate was remixed from rdhoggattjr's design. This will allow you to swap out your hot end in seconds. I would suggest you have a second cable and relocate the breakout connector to the quickfit module so all you have to do is plug in one or two cables. I included the Fusion 360 files as well. More detail to come. 28-FEB-2020 Added Hemera Mount. Updated Dual...

Loved this little fan mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1126621), but found the effector side of the mount to be too long and thin for the position I had my fan duct mounted, so I remade the effector side to bring the fan in much closer, and the mount much thicker so it doesn't wobble around so much - it also lifts the fan slightly, making it easier to position clear of the print... Only a minor remix, otherwise the original little mount is an ace solution :) Picture isn't too great, but...

The Geeetech Prusa range all seem to have the same wobble issue. I found parts suitable for the metal versions but not the acrylic, so I designed these. The picture shows the wobble clearly, and if you're not convinced, see [this video](https://youtu.be/kW_2IFdpW_I) of the wobble! I have two versions and one uses less filament than the other, but the other (I think) looks nicer. The two STL files are not the exact version I have printed as I have modified them slightly further so they avoid a...

When you're sitting in front of the printer and watching it print, the air flow from the extruder fan will blow you directly into your eyes. I nearly got an ophthalmia from that... So I designed this air deflector to guide the airflow from the extruder straight up and not anymore straight into your eyes. The surface of the inlet is the same as from the outlet, so there should be no big influence on the flow.

This is a bed clip to replace the metal clips that come with some Geeetech printers. My Geeetech A10M's extruder idler arms are broken, so I designed a new one to replace them. Use something strong and hard enough filament. My choice was Phialment's Glass reinforced PLA: https://philament.hu/en/termek/philament-glass-reinforced/ Note: The hole for the motor axis is 6mm, so you should use the metal tube from original idler arm. (I heated up the arm, and when it melted, I pushed out the metal with a bigger phillips screwdriver. Tip me: https://paypal.me/pools/c/8kPoXIAxHI

I designed this part to mount a Chimera Hotend on the Geetech A20M. I do not have the official E3D Chimera but a clone from DFORCE but the sizes are the same (I used the blueprint from E3D to design the mount). It should be compatible with the other Geeetech printer like A20, A10 & A10M. You will need a radial fan for the cooling. It provides support for a BLTouch or equivalent. I prefer the Chimera (2 In - 2 Out) vs the default A20M hotend (2 In - 1 Out) because I print PLA + PVA support....

i made the new Backend with Y-Axis motorholder because the original one flexes to much .. the new one did not flex ... sorry for the bad pictures, and the bizarr printed Backend but the first try was to high so i change the design of 2mm less and now its perfect .. with my other designs is the printer superstiff :-)

Works really well. It's as best as it gets if you need maximum cooling. Mod needed: turn the hot end by 90 degrees as seen in the picture. Might want to use washers between the mount and the part for distance, if the air duct is to close to the nozzle. Material: ABS Support: yes The design idea is from Zortrax M200 printer.

Here is a GoPro monut that I designed using OnShape. This mount is designed to snap right onto the Geeetech Mecreator 2 3D Printer. The fit is very snug to ensure that there is no movement during printing.

Here is a mount that I created in TinkerCad that replaces the MK8 bracket directly so you can use flexible filament. May need to drill our filament holes to make sure they are smooth. It is a tight fit to the stepper but fits like a snug glove.
