I've been 3D printing for many years now, and always found that Bed leveling was a pain as it was just an estimation. A while back I decided to use a dial indicator with my old CTC replicator which improved the prints immensely. So when I decided to upgrade my printer to the Geeetech Pursa I3 Pro B I had to put my indicator into my design. I had a look around the designs on thingiverse but found that all the designs seamed to make things too complicated. The design I came up with was simple, A...

(right and left front legs needs the parts edited so hold off on printing) Front power supply mount/Feet, Flush with the top of the 4040, Needs angled power supply cord. I also mounted the switch from the out side to the inside of the cover to get a little more space. I have a rear mounted motherboard/PI case. The reason why i moved the power supply was due to the Dual Z and wanted the fan facing down. Will post pics as soon as i get around to it. (right and left front legs needs the parts...

You will need 2 x M5x20 mm screws (GoPro screws are fine as well) 2 x M5 bolts (also the GoPro one are fine) 4 x M2x10 mm screws to tight the camera with the front part (also 2 are enough) I created this pieces to let me put my Raspberry IR camera in the position i wanted near my raspberry pi 3B+. The Round_Joint is round to fit in the support piece so you can regulate the direction you want to point the view, using the other junctions you can tilt the camera up and down. I thought the side fan, the one that blows across the driver board, on my Geeetech Acrylic i3 pro B needed a bit of help in making sure that the most airflow gets to where its needed... hence this piece. No holes are included as you will need to adjust the position depending on your particular printer. I just lined mine up correctly and used a Dremel tool to quickly add them in the appropriate place. I am also using this piece to learn Fusion 360 (this is why mine has my name added to it!) so...

I have mounted the orginal bearings upside down and added more in the old place of them to make the carriage more rigid. But this also meant that the wobble fixes from others wouldn't work anymore for me. So I designed my own anti wobble fix, that grips onto the outside of the bearing instead of the smooth rod and is a bit longer to get the arms on the right height. I am using 3 M3 15mm screws for each side.

I have been using Painless360's carriage clip for a while, which has been a bit of a love/hate relationship. I love when it works as intended, but I hate forgetting to remove it for the start of the next print. I'm eliminating the hate by converting the clip into a servo controlled device. This is designed for a generic 9g servo motor. I'm running an MKS Gen controller board in my printer, which includes g-code addressable servo ports, so operating the servo will be pretty straight forward for...

Support for belt of X axis so it is (nearly) parallel with the axis. Suitable for Creality, Geeetech, Anet, Tevo, Tronxy, Alfawise, Raiscube, SainSmart, ... printers. After printing, take off the belt stretcher (right side wheel). Leave belt on the carriage and slide in the printed parts one after another. Then put the wheel back on. It is easier then leaving the wheel on.

Tired of using the filament spool holder that my Geeetech Pro W (wooden version) came with, and wanting to reclaim my desk space, I created a bracket that fits on to the top of the A Frame on either side of the screen. By pure luck, it slots in perfect against the screen and still allows you to insert/remove the SD card. This also feeds the filament from the top, so results in the filament not being pushed and pulled around so much, and not getting caught (TPU constantly falling off the spool...

I made this to drop my z axis motors after installing a wobble fix which created fouling of my brass nut and downloaded couplers. It fits between your motor and the printer frame, the motor becomes offset so you can screw it all together with simple bolts. Totally safe to have the motors at an angle by the way. Bolt to your motor first then line up and screw to the frame I have since printed a lot of things and had no issues, good luck I hope this helps someone! You will need some M3 bolts, I...

This is a distance keeper for the TUSH. I realize when the spool comes to the end and begin to be more and more lighter that the TUSH move to the printer and make some problems. At beginning I make a paper prototype ... (2 weeks :-p... I'm lazy sometimes), and after I make this distance keeper. It's really an easy print (no support, no skirt/brim/raft) and very light. Have fun.

I thought about adding a caster because moving the fan heater was troublesome. I created an adapter that attaches a 6 mm diameter caster to the fan heater. I attach a ".step" file so that I can change it freely because it is difficult to support all fan heaters. * A caster with a shaft diameter of 6 mm must be prepared separately. * I improved the one made before.

The mount (soporte.stl) for the optical endstop fits pretty fine. You just need two M4x12mm (or M4x10mm) screws and t-slot nuts since the Geetech A10 uses M5 for fixing the original endstop (beside the two M3x8 screws and nuts that are needed to mount the electronics). Or you can print this part with about 4 walls and then just use a 5mm drill to make the original screws fitting. Unfortunately the hole for fixing the activator is to low and the activator does not pass the photo sensor in the...

New concept of belt tensioner. It uses push instead of pull so it takes less space. Requires hex head bolt (long enough). Hex or square nut can be used for the main bolt. Slots for frame nuts are designed for hex nuts. Current design uses: - 2x M5 frame bolts - M5 connection bolt - M4 pulley bolt Designed for Geeetech A30 but can be customized for other printers.

Remix of my own tool box https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4245207 I've found that some compartments don't work well for me. Also I think mounting screws were redundant - the box sits well on the power box on it's own. It's possible to add some double-sided sticky tape, of course. Also, while the original tool box was designed in Tinkercad and not very customizable, this one is made in Fusion 360 and I'm including the source file. I was inspired by the brilliant idea of "terraplanter" and realized with a 3D printer We checked to see if it couldn't be done. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/terraplanter/terra-planter-the-inside-out-hydroponic-planter-pot As a result, I found the water to be useless, as it ran off in about a day. After all, it seems that only a special type of clay can achieve this. Resolution:0.2 outer wall:0.4 Infill:25% Filament_material:PLA(clear) Resolution:0.2 outer wall:0.8 Infill:25%...

Evita il consumo del sensore runout con sede per tubo PTFE (per inserire il tubo in PTFE immergere il prototipo in acqua calda) Aggiunta versione guida filamento per versione senza sensore presenza filamento, per attacco diretto su sfera in acciaio. It avoids the consumption of the runout sensor with seat for PTFE tube (to insert the PTFE tube immerse the prototype in hot water) Filament guide version added for version without filament presence sensor, for direct connection on steel ball.

This partbox is created for those how often disassemble their graphics card to replace the thermal compound. To be sure to always reassemble the right screw to it's right place you can use this printed part with holes and sinkhole to store the parts while you're working.

I was never really happy with the original geometry of the Geeetech i3 Pro B, especially after upgrading to a MK3 style 220x220mm heated bed because I was struggling to get the nozzle to use the full width of the bed. Even after swapping the original Geeetech MK8 extruder for a BMG clone and a V6 hotend I couldn’t get the nozzle to the edges of the bed without hitting the Lead screws. Also, I always felt the X-axis assembly had too much play in it and I felt it was preventing me getting a...
