This is a remix of another hose adaptor (actually sliced up and added to). I needed to connect a standard AU hose (12mm) to a 19mm ID poly gardening pipe. Yes, they are only $4 at the hardware store but that's 25km away. Printed in natural ABS at 50% fill. Just add a rubber 'O' ring in the recess provided.

I thought I was in luck when I found garden hose adapters for a 275 gallon IBC tote here on Thingiverse. Unfortunately they are all S60x6 (i.e. coarse thread) and I have an S60x3 (i.e. fine thread) tote. Since I had to design my own I made the walls a little thicker and added reeding for grip when screwing it on to the tote. I recently was making a 325 gallon watering system for deer in front of my game camera. This adapter is specific to the IBC tote I have. This is a one-piece coupler to connect a 3M Versaflo-family helmet or face shield to an old Bullard PA20/PA30-family PAPR unit, using the Bullard unit's stock PA1BT hose. Adapter for connecting a PET bottle to a hose. Push the ribbed insert into the end of the hose. Push the plug into the end of the bottle, in the direction required. The plug is tapered so that if the hose is pulled, it will be clamped tighter. The 90 degree bend can be screwed onto the end of the bottle to prevent the hose bending and blocking the water flow. We had some big problems with flooding on our patio during the winter months, so I designed this garden hose siphon attachment that gets the water level down lower than a regular hose could while on its side. This also features a few tabs to rest something heavy on the rim so that it stays in place. Finally, it also filters out some of the larger debris like leaves and pebbles. I made this adapter to connect a cheap 12V water pump from china to my male garden hose quick connector using a piece of 8mm silicone tube. The male garden hose quick connector commonly has a BSP3/4" thread in Europe. I prefer to print my pressurized water parts in ABS, so I can seal them using acetone. However on a good printer PETG can work just as well. PLA tends to randomly have issues with tiny leaks under high pressure. That's why I do not recommend it for this part, but it can work...

After printing you simply cut off the area that has been sliced/broken and then make sure either side of it is flat and then slide the small cylinder print halfway into one of the hose ends and then the other half into the other hose. Just use some small nuts and bolts to attach the bracket prices that clamp down on the mended area and stop it from disconnection/leaking. This can be scaled up to fit larger hoses or scaled down to fit smaller...

I bought the VirtuClean (v1) CPAP cleaner (https://www.amazon.com/VirtuCLEAN-Sanitizer-Bacteria-Supplies-Compatible/dp/B07QP1QPGC) and found that it didn't come with an adapter for a ResMed heated hose (https://www.amazon.com/ResMed-Climate-AirSense-10-AirCurve/dp/B00NN7KMG4/).
