Hey guys, I made a little tag for my dog with his name and my phone number and since I needed a ring to connect it to the collar I designed and printed one. The only way I managed to design it was by making some kind of support. Since you have to take the supports off and sand the area I suggest you print it at 100% filling. A bit holder for 10 standard size 6.5mm bits. Has a hole for attaching it to a split ring and spots for 5 4mm diameter and 2.8mm high disc magnets which can be purchased very cheaply from aliexpress. Plugs wer created with very little clearance to allow for a secure friction fit to avoid reliance on glue. If you run into issues, scale the two axes with the interference layers down. Print the main part at 105% if you are printing it in a non-flexible material

Smile Key ring printed on the open school day @ PHTI Hamme. As they where milling in alu on the 1st floor, we where printing a simular key ring on the 2nd floor ;-) This was to show the people that the product could also be made without chips or any other leftover. The print was build with 45% infill meaning using less material to build a product. smile4_5.stl is to produce 5 in a row. Enjoy, Xiao Shi Zi.

I enjoy the great design of Gianfranco http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1225044 but want to have a mini version to relieve my pocket load. Tried to print the original design in 80%, but layers fused together. So I remix this mini version in 3.6 cm x 1.2 cm (0.6mm gap) In addition, the 3mm hole on one side and center 5mm hexagonal socket will give you a hand to separate layers. Also provide .stp file , in case you would like to make some change.

I designed this just for fun but they actually work quite well also. I was interested in seeing how to print two components together without them bonding. I used a 0.2mm print layer and a 0.2mm gap between the two rings. They stick together but don't fuse together and can be pried apart quite easily. The rings are 20mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm inside diameter. The smaller rings are definitely stronger but all are useable. I printed them all as one set and it worked well. But I am including...
