After first disappointing experience with inductive z-probe that was originally (FolgerTech Kossel rev.B) mounted with high X-Y offset from the extruder tip, I decided to dismount it and made another E3D mount for additional filament cooler (check my another things). This is the front panel I use on my 2020 Kossel for mounting the mains inlet connector, fuse, on/off switch, and the Duet electronics. This is a simple plate for mounting the back of a Nema 17 stepper motor on to a piece of 2020 extrusion. I used it to mount an Ormerod extruder on my Kossel frame. To use it, remove 2 screws from the back of the stepper motor, and replace them with longer M3 screws passed through the plate (you need 35mm length cap head screws for a 34mm long motor). Then secure the plate to the extrusion using two M4 screws.

Renren 3D Pro is a Delta printer, base on Kossel XL design. Electronics is on the top, by default without protection. So I create a top plate, in 5mm tickness laser cutted acrylic. After building and using the old version of this case, I got some trouble with it. There was not enough space in it for all the cabels and I got some problems with the heat. Every time I tried to print an lager part, one of my Stepper controllers shutt down after ~20min. I wanted to get rid of all the cables in my little Deltas. The outer plate is designed for a standard ~30mm x ~15mm rocker switch and for a 15/16mm 4-pin XLR connector (aka microphone plug). The inner mount is for 4mm² luster terminals (insulating screw joints). I connect them through 30A XT60 connectors, so I can remove both units from the frame if I have to, without desoldering something. Nothing special, but useful.

I tried a number of different bowden extruders before i finally sat down and picked all the features I liked from the better ones and amalgamated them in this one that I use on my two Kossels. This extruder mounts on a 2020 open beam on the Z tower of the Kossel (Delta) and extends to the right side of the printer when viewed from the front. It's a very strong driving extruder and if there's clicking or skipping, it's probably a problem elsewhere. Printed .3 layer height, 50% infill, PLA.

My scaled-up 20mm based Mini-Kossel seemed less stable than it could be, so I designed a set of braces to help. These just add a little more rigidity to the vertical members, which seems to have improved my fast accelerations/decelerations.

This works to mount a fused power switch (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ME5YAPK) and a panel mount USB extension (https://www.amazon.com/Female-Printer-Extension-Connector-Adapter/dp/B075CZ52CG) to improve my K280's wiring situation. This an customized version of the standard endstop holder for Kossel Max. As I own a lot of microswitches instead of the standard ones, and there's no available holder, I decided to design my own model. It hooks on the aluminum profile and holds tight. The 'stock' ones were too thick for the t-nuts to clamp the extrusions well, even when cranked so tight that the plastic started to crack. (You could move most of them by hand!) They were also PLA, and they melted with the heat of the motors. (See the pic with the black part) I simply thinned the area where the t-nuts mount to give more room for them to clamp, plus I printed my new parts in ABS so they would be more resilient to heat. I modified the original Kossel 2020 frame base to add a solid 3mm fill in the area between extrusion "arms". This is meant to provided added stiffness in order to compensate for the other change: I cut out the motor mount into a separate plate that can be dropped in and secured. Made this parts to prevent movements of the Sintron MK3 heated round bed on my miniKossel2020 along the XY-plain. I mounted the bed at three points with springs do adjust the plain of the print surface. Use the bigger holes in the parts for the springs. After adjusting the height of the bed, you can clamp the bed with the bed holder by using an M3x10 screw and a T-Nut.
