Stop angle for my laser cutter. On the bottom side there are four 10x10 mm cutouts for neodymium magnets. The angles can be easily moved on a metallic surface. Alternatively, I have also provided a few holes, in case you have to / want to screw the angles on a wooden plate.

My design for brackets that screw into my workbench and hold the laser cutter in place with no movement. The laser cutter simply slips into pace on all four feet and then they can each be secured with 2 wood or dry wall screws. The laser can be lifted directly off of the brackets if you need access to the workspace and can then be securely and snuggly put back down in the same spot. These have worked really well for me. Various bits and pieces for rounding out the blackTooth laser cutter kit. X&Y end stops, a 1/4 slice of the full vent duct (the complete version was too big for my printer), and X&Y cable carrier mounts. For X, use a 7 x 7 mm carrier and for Y get the 2 inch x .75 inch carrier from BuildYourCNC. I use an aluminum fluorescent light grid for my cutting bed - the stands set the bed hight and the gauge allows me to quickly set the ideal focal point above materials.

Elements used for the Lasersaur project. v14.03 http://www.lasersaur.com/ Laser tube 100W RESI, 80mm diam. These parts are made as replacement for aluminum part and extrusion assemblies who was not precise enough for me. My design for a cable guide to keep the cable from getting hung up while the laser does long traverses. I also have my air assist tube running along with the control wires. The guide simply zip ties to the existing bracket on the side of the laser gantry. I have had zero issues with the cable since installing. This print does not require supports. Mine is printed on an Ender 3 using PLA.

This is a passive tangible prototype that I need to use for my Master's Thesis. All parts need to be cut with a lasercutter and glued together. This is an add-on for Wanhao i3 3D printer. It is for adding laser module (2.5 Watts) to the printer for converting it to laser cutter. Just remove the front fan and you can fix this part instead. This is a very simple bed support for a K40 laser cutter. It is not adjustable, it just hangs off the rails and allows you to place a perforated metal sheet on top.It consists of four rail hooks, which I 3D printed (although there is no reason why they can't be laser cut) and a set of rails to hang off them. This was designed to replace the lens mount on the K40 "Cheap Chinese 40W CO2 laser engraver/cutter." With this, you can either install the original lens or swap in a diode laser mounted in the popular aluminum diode heatsink like the one in the photo from Victoryrush on ebay (where I purchased mine from.) The buildin "airassist" of the 30W and 40W Neje Master 2 models is more or less useless. As i don't own a compressor i searched for a better solution. The air assist is just 4mm high - so a cutting distance as low as 5mm (recommended distance by NEJE) is possible. I choose 8mm to have a bit more clearance. I do a lot of canning at home and I have a lot of mason jars. This helps carry them around to take to the office or to gift a few mason jars full of yum. The lid is removable and the carry handle sticks through. There is a little room to spare inside each cell that can be used to add cardboard padding or napkins. A little tool to get "all those little friends" that fall down when cutting. I think, therefore the CN's made the (stupid?) holes in the bottom of the housing. When you get one with wheels, you have enough space to clean the waste when pushing it through those holes. But: i didn't have wheel, and the space is very small. I went through a bunch of PLA to get this right. I wanted a drop in Ortur LM2 base solution that scaled up with Duplo blocks as I do a number of different sized items. I have included the Sketchup files in case you want to modify. I included holes to screw in your base 1/2 size Duplo block to your board.
