I made this Whoop as a brushless version of my brushed open duct whoop. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4267185 I like the idea that there are no wind flow restrictions on the open duct design and I believe it reduces a few issues. There are 3 FC mounting options, on top of the Whoop Frame, at the bottom of the Whoop frame like NBD's 75mm frame and/or the bottom plate like a toothpick. The canopy and Battery holders are recreations of Angry_Don and FPV_Skittles' work respectively.

To learn designing in FreeCAD I decided to create a case for a simple 1s lipo charger that came with my Mobula 6 and Eachine Trashcan. The case is self closing (without glue or screws), has markers for the switch positions (L=low voltage, H=high voltage) and little holes to see the charging led (led on=charging, led off=done)

This is a 68mm version of the original 75mm XeroWhoop with 35mm props. I found that the frame is substantially lighter and flies much better than its 75mm counterpart. There are several options depending on the angle you prefer. Insert the plug into the frame, mount the canopy then place a small amount of E6000 between the plug and the camera mount and hold for 3 minutes until dry. This will help to avoid any potential jello. I included the stl for the TPU Gummies I use as standoffs and replacements for plastic nuts. Print on a raft.

Two piece shell for the usb Li-Hv lipo charger that comes with the Happymodel Mobula6. It has holes for the charging status lights (center for Li-Hv, end for normal Lipo batteries). This model requires gluing on the chamfered edges and optionally recommends a dab of glue on the underside of the PCB. You may need to clip the pins on the connectors if they protrude further than 1 mm from the bottom of the PCB.

One part will hold the XT-30 and the other one will hold the two lipos so you can run it 2S. Spacers for Happymodel Mobula7 FPV drone. In the model I got, it seems like the flight controller can move up and down way to far (up to 3mm). Replacement frame for a Stock Mobula 7 drone. Motors obviously need to be screwed down but the rest just clips into place. Uses 7g PLA to print top plate and base plate, hoping to lighten that down a bit so it doesn’t effect performance. ## Box case for a Mobula6 tiny whoop FPV drone. It contains two compartments for 1s batteries or spare propellers. You can fit inside up to 4 lipos per compartment, making the case be able to cary your drone and 8 batteries. Snap top cover closes a little bit tightly, but I prefer to see it as a security feature – box won't open accidentally. Printed with PLA, no supports, wall line count 3 (but can be reduced to 2), I suggest gradual infill for better top layers quality.

Got bored the other day and decided that my mobula 6 1s lipo charger needed some clothing. Other than not having to use the charger with the board exposed it also helps you identify if its charging in “High” or “Low” voltage mode (my senile brain needs that). Update - Frame printed fine but the motor holes are orentated incorrectly, will be modifying and uploading v2 shortly.. This is a mashup of a modified mobula toothpick bottom plate and a modified tinyhawk freestyle top plate. I added mounting holes for the Emax AIO board and standoffs to the bottom plate to accomodate the re-worked tinyhawk top plate. Included 15mm standoffs like the tinyhawk uses. In theory this should allow me to take the tinyhawk guts and use them in this frame. Printing now...

A custom canopy for the Mobula7 tiny whoop. The main purpose was to give the mobula a lower profile, but later I added a dome to protect the vtx antenna and prevent it from getting tangled in the grass or trees. Print without support a 100% infill. I have crashed many times and it is still in one piece.
