Cableguides designed to fit the Openbeam 15x15mm extrusions, without a nut in the slot. When printed in ABS with a 0.4mm nozzle these snap in to the slots. A M2 screw or two may be used to further lock them in place if needed. 5-0: Guide on the side. 5-1: Guide on top 5-2: Guide on top, with an offset of 4.5mm. Nice when having a plastic sheet as a separator of sorts laying on the side of the extrusion, like in my printer enclosure. (shown in a photo) No supports needed.

A quick way to add supporting struts to your OpenBeam projects. Three types: 45x45 degrees, 30x60 degrees and an articulated joint. Thread the holes at the ends of the beams and attach with M3 screws. The hinged ends use M3x12 bolts.

This is a spool mount adapter for the Kossel Pro. It attaches to an aluminum 1515 OpenBeam extrusion using two M3 x 6mm BHCS (or the longer M3 x 8mm SHCS) that are included in the Kossel Pro kit. Version two of the [original spool mount adapter](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:642171) adds two more mounting styles/orientations for different cold end positions (keeping the upright orientation, and adding two different side orientations). Being just an mountable adapter, you'll need compatible...

The OpenBeam L bracket is the most versatile joining bracket in the entire kit. It allows for four joining configurations: 1) The standard 90 degree joint. 2) The 3x90 degree joint, in the corner of a cube. Note that the extrusion is end tapped to allow 3 pieces to be joint together. 3) A 45 degree bracing joint 4) Twin 45 degree braces. http://blog.openbeamusa.com/2012/05/29/in-depth-the-l-bracket/

New! Check out v2 -- it's a print that just snaps into the 1515 extrusion (there is a set screw to secure it as needed). This is a mountable bracket that lets you hang onto those really nice Wera drivers that came with your OpenBeam Kossel Pro. Use the inset holes to attach this to a horizontal rail on your Kossel Pro with the included (in your Kossel kit) M3 x 6mm BHCS screws.

Our 608 Bearing to NEMA17 adapter is essentially a standard 608 skate bearing pillow block with a NEMA17 motor mount pattern. This allows the other end of a long drive shaft to be supported using the same bracket work that is supporting the NEMA17 motor. http://blog.openbeamusa.com/2012/05/29/in-depth-608-bearing-adapter/

OPENBEAM is an amazing new aluminum extrusion design that gets rid of the expensive T-nuts used on other extrusions types. It replaces the expensive T-Nuts with M3 sized nuts and bolts that are available form most hardware stores at an fraction of the T-Nut's cost. To cut the extrusions a bit easier and more accurate I designed this Mitre Box. It has a slot for 90 and 45 degree cuts. My first published thing! A remix of this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1114 The original model had issues. The main one was it was scaled down 10x from the size needed. It also had non-manifold faces. I fixed those issues because I had need to bond 2 sections of Makerbeam (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3412) horizontally.

I had a number of ideas for structural frames I wanted to build, so I bought some OpenBeams (http://www.openbeamusa.com/), and quickly became tired of screwing things together just to decide to take them apart again, so I created these to make it easier and faster to put beams together and take apart again, in trying out different arrangements. These are not intended as full structural support, and they may even break or snap off, I have not tested how much weight they can handle. The...

90 degree inside brackets for OpenBeam 15x15mm aluminum extrusion. Two models included here: one with a filleted inside (curved inside corners) and one without. Use whichever you prefer. The filleted one should be somewhat stronger but unexplained mysteries abound in this world so who really knows? They are small so there's only so strong they can even be, but they work. The locator tabs are modeled as 3mm wide which on my printer means they actually print closer to 3.2mm -- but they fit nicely...

This is a plate to help assemble openbeam brackets. I find myself putting the same pattern of bolts in the plates over and over, and it's fairly fiddly work. This allows you to put in nuts and assemble a bunch of plates for future use. If you make a bunch of pre-bolted brackets ahead of time, it's amazing how fast you can prototype with openbeam. Just slide them in, tighten and away you go! The pic shown has a bug, I cut two of the same 'handedness' L-brackets. If you make it be sure to flip...

Use this to cut openbeam nice and straight. Heavy duty so it wont break easy, unlike the thin versions. Difference from my version 1 of this , this one keeps the beam tightly held at the bottom of the mitre. Note: Print with full supports to keep inside uniform. Some Filing top and bottom of inside may be nessesary to get a good fit. V3 added, it is 0.3mm taller inside, easyer to fit onto beam. I found V2 alittle tight fitting. V4 added. a full 1mm taller inside.Use this one, less filing needed....

When its tall enough, put a cap on top, and a base on the bottom to make connecting it to your projects easier. This set has beam variants with 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 sides. Do you have a Kossel/Delta with the cartridge rollers moving on the sides of the OpenBeam extrusions? Then you probably are in the same situation as I am: There is no place to tie the wires for the endstops! . Well, now there is, on the back of the extrusions. . This clip should just plug into the OpenBeam extrusions, and then a wire with a maximum outer diameter of about 2mm (or multiple wires equaling this diameter) should plug right in. .
