This is basic expression pedal. I created this to be used as midi controller via arduino. The pedal has turning angle of 45 degrees, which drives potentiometer for 270 degrees. I wanted some platform pedals for an upcoming bike tour but only had clipless pedals. Spent a few days making these platform pedals using the clipless pedals for donor parts and a ton of PLA filament. I'm calling it a proof of concept because I eventually want to make a series of these pedals that rival the performance of commercially available pedals. My pedal broke in half, like many others so I decided to CAD a new one rather then buying/taping this one up. First design and it works great. Used all original parts from the pedal as they are still good. Magnet goes in the center slot and the orange cover screws down with the screws from the original pedal. If you benefited from this, don't mind to tip me. This saved me some money buy doing this and it will for you too! Happy printing!

This is meant to be a platform adapter for you to bolt on an extra pair of cleats. The flat size of this print is for the cleats, and the knurled side is for foot contact. You should be able to twist the cleats in an off with your foot or hand.

After printing the original design I noticed my 10k LIN potentiometer didn't fit the design. I used a Piher PC16SH-10IP06-103A2020 potentiometer. Therefore I made this remix of only the bottom part. So, one of my old pedals broke and I decided to design a new one. This is the third version I did, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. It was printed with nylon for extra strength.
