I recently picked up an 8 pack of plastic pegboards from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09N1HHS7R) and found that the only option to mount these were using screws. Personally I don't like marking up my walls much, especially as this was going in the game room to hold controllers up so I made a small adapter to allow securing with 3M strips cut to size. This anchor was created to hang some decorative lights on my pegboard. This is a lightweight anchor and is not intended for holding extension cords. This is quite small, so unless you print with 1 wall, it will end up to be 100% filled. I printed with PLA but don't see why ABS or any other materials might not work. Once printed, simply tug the wire into the slot and snap into the pegboard.
